The Space:

Good times, great company, and beautiful Gulf-front surroundings await at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Ideal for families or small groups, this beachfront resort offers convenient access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters the area is known for.



Guests can enjoy a range of on-site amenities, including direct beach access, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, gift shop, and 24-hour front desk service. Seasonal amenities, such as beach chair and umbrella rentals and an outdoor tiki bar, may be available for an additional fee.



SunDestin Unit 1217 is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo that accommodates up to four guests. The unit features an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy relaxation after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with dining space available at both the breakfast bar and table.



The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, and access to a private balcony. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.



Located in the heart of Destin, the resort is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping areas, and local attractions.



Should you need to venture off property, we’re centrally located right in the heart of Destin, so you won’t have to travel far to enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, or water excursions!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
