Beautiful condo!

I have beencoming to holiday S&R since I was a baby and it’s our favorite place! The condo was beautiful and we loved having easy pool and beach access with the patio gate. The place was very clean and well stocked! Master bathroom is a bit small but that’s the only complaint.

My girls loved that they had their own beds, eventhough they passed out on the couch lol. We will definitely think about Destin and Holiday Surf and Racquet club for our next vacation! The latest upgrade to the unit is the best, all new flooring, more roomy feel, great art works, latest amenities. Access to the beach is so handy, white sands are wonderful. Favorite restaurant is nearby, Louisiana Lagniappe, also like the Back Porch, Dewey Destin and Pompano Joe"s not too far away. Great relaxing get away.

Great Spring Break!

Only a few minor comments for improvement. Patio could use a good power washing. We kept it swept off but really needed a good cleaning. We know rooms have sofa beds & they never make for a comfortable couch but, it could use some more comfy side chairs. Last the shower curtain liner in tub/shower is so thin & light that when you shower it almost wraps around you. Like I said these are just minor things & did not take away from our stay. Great time, friendly staff, great beach service.

This unit has been my favorite so far. The decor was so beautiful and cohesive and the kitchen and bathroom upgrades were great. For the price I really want to stay in the nicest place I can and this was it. Will definitely try to get this unit again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. It definitely wasn’t as crowded as other areas. The location of the condo was very convenient. There isn’t an “ocean view” but you can’t beat staying on the first floor when you have kids. The condo was clean , water was hot, beds comfy. we loved having the drink fridge as well. My 2 issues are the AC is EXTREMELY loud. It woke myself or my kids up every night. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Also, there was no way to contact the owners if there was an issue. These units have a front desk so I’m sure you can call them but this is the first time we’ve stayed anywhere and unable to contact the owners. Overall we had a nice stay!

Whenever possible I stay in unit #107, since I know the former owners and appreciate their hospitality. I really like the ground floor apartment and its easy access to the beach and pool. I was pleasantly surprised by all the renovations the new owners have provided. The redone master bathroom is a real treat -- no fogged up mirror, expanded vanity. Furniture is comfortable, decor is modern with great art to put you in a beach house mood. Kitchen has also been redone with all new appliances.the beach was the real treat. Two years ago at high tide the the water was up to the bottom of the steps coming over the dunes. This year there is "endless sand". Enjoy!

Like brand new & beautiful!!

First of all this condo was so tastefully done. Bravo to the owner! The decor was absolutely perfect and comforting. Aside from that… It was during Covid time in March and we really appreciated having a ground-floor to go straight to the beach. It was so convenient! To sum it up... It was so easy to get into with our own code and parking, and head straight to the walkway & onto the beach! Really enjoyed the complementary chairs and umbrella! Absolutely loved the space it was beautiful with more than we needed to feel comfortable and spacious. We felt very clean and more than satisfied! This is definitely a highly recommended condo and we plan on returning someday!

Location / Open Concept/Condo Extras

This is our 3rd stay at Holiday Isle and the layout of this condo is the best.. Very open concept between large kitchen & dining and living room. The two bedrooms are split, so we did not hear each other's TV at night. We used the dining room's built in coffee bar (& drink fridge) much more than we expected! And the clear glass door was helpful, too. We will be returning to this unit this summer.
