    Cette magnifique maison offre quatre chambres généreuses, trois salles de bains et demi et un emplacement magnifique à Destin. La cuisine complète, la salle à manger et le salon sont élégamment d��corés et constituent l'endroit idéal pour passer du bon temps en famille. Les nuits fraîches, vous pourrez vous installer près de la cheminée et regarder un film sur la grande télévision ou vous baigner dans la piscine privée (qui peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément).     Avec deux étages d’espace luxueux, vous aurez certainement assez de place pour toute la famille. Il y a deux chambres à coucher avec lits king-size, un au premier étage et une au deuxième étage, pour que vous puissiez vous étendre et vivre en toute intimité. La troisième chambre offre deux lits superposés et un lit gigogne, idéal pour les enfants! La quatrième chambre dispose de deux lits queen size. Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille sans stress. De plus, vous pouvez même amener le chien de la famille!


    La Villa Marseille est située dans le quartier très prisé de Destiny East. Destiny East est une communauté fermée exclusive offrant plusieurs commodités, dont deux piscines de quartier, un bain à remous, un centre de remise en forme, un club-house avec cinéma, des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball, un espace barbecue avec cuisine extérieure, des sentiers de randonnée et une aire de jeux pour enfants! Clean and spacious. Great to have 2 golf carts. Updates and repairs necessary in the home and pool. We also lost power 4 times in just 3-4 days - not ideal for nighttime, a/c, cooking, or fridge/freezer (if that happens frequently, a generator could be very useful).

Great location. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. A handful of restaurants are a walkable distance. The pool is very private. Plenty of outdoor space in the pool area.

Staying here with my family was awesome. We loved the neighborhood and loved how everything was so close to our rental. The beach was also super close so that was great too.

Pretty Home

Home is pretty and in a great neighborhood. Needs a bigger refrigerator that doesn’t freeze your expensive food ingredients and pool lights that function. Otherwise, a great home away from home! We enjoyed our stay.

Summer Vacation

Enjoy the open concept from the kitchen living room and dinning. Also we can see the kiddos from the kitchen swimming. Rooms were big enough including the restrooms. The bunk beds were awesome for the kiddos. The beach was not even far from our rental house. Overall we had so much fun and comfortable with this house rental.

Spring Break Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this location for a good reason. It is a great location and is a perfect size for out 3 families (6 adults, and 6 kids). We love the enclosed pool area at the house as well as access to the playground, pool, and courts at the club house which our kids love. House is beautiful; however it is shows a little wear and tear a could use a little TLC on the flooring, doors and pool. With that said we love this place and would recommend.

Very nice spacious home, in good convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is very spacious very comfortable. We had a challenge with the HVAC during the stay. Management did not want the HVAC set below 72 which is very unrealistic and uncomfortable temp. I set temp at 69 at home and when on vacation prefer closer to 67-68. There were automatic timers on the HVAC that would turn the temperature up to 76. If we left for the day and came home the house would be set to 76 with temp closer to 78. It would take until early hours the next morning to cool the house down. Very uncomfortable. I complained about it on Tuesday,, Wednesday and Thursday and finally got a response on Thursday. It was an easy fix on the thermostat. Overall Beautiful house but needs some TLC and routine maintenance. Some other items to mention A pool person would show up randomly and put the hose in the pool. They would leave it running and we came back twice with the pool overflowing hose still in and running. The pool was enclosed outside. There were no locks on the outside pool doors. Could easily walk into the pool area and then into the house if the door was unlocked going into the house. Pool maintenance people would just show up randomly and enter the pool area, without notice. It was a little uncomfortable that people were randomly in the pool area, with ability to look right into the glass doors into the house.

Great winter getaway

Great location

This property is located close to beach, great restaurants and close to all shopping and activities. House needs some TLC. Back door by outdoor pool was broken, sofas and mattresses need replacing, went to use outdoor grill and found there was no propane for the grill. Otherwise this property has everything. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice but needs maintenance

The house is very nice and just as pictured. However the amenities need maintenance or upgrading. The golf carts provided are very used and one barely had brakes. The bicycles also need work! The garage door is very close to breaking and we were thankful it didn’t while we stayed. The grill also needs to be replaced. Overall we had a nice stay and it is in good proximity to beaches and all Destin has to offer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Glass Casa as a family of 10 total people. The house and location were great and most everything was great. However, there were many things keeping this property from being great and that is why it was just good of a 4 out of 5. Pool area was very messy (old items that needed disposed of laying around and piled up and the door from outside into the pool area was rotten and falling apart. The doors from in the pool area into the house had sensors on them that were either broke or breaking. The garage and items in the garage were in complete disarray. Not organized, many items that needed to be thrown away were thrown about all over. The "two umbrellas" we were told were there for us to use were both broke and cheap (I will note they replaced these when we asked with good Sams Club ones). The upstairs bathroom with the King bed had nails sticking out of the floor in the transition from bedroom to bathroom. They told us it would be 5 days until they could get somewhere there to fix it. We borrowed a hammer from one of their maintenance guys and pounded them in after multiple kids/adults hurt their feet on them. The floor in the living room/kitchen is cheap and falling apart in multiple places and needs replaced. Note: they only give you a starter pack of toilet paper that will get you through like 3 days. Not a big deal just seems like a bizarre thing not to provide. They do provide you with dishwasher pods and laundry pods which was nice. On the kids bunk beds on the top there was no railing which seems like a bit of a safety issue. In the bathroom upstairs with the two queens the sink leaks out of the faucet area. The two queen mattresses are not very good and should be replaced. Again we really enjoyed our stay, the house, the location, the golf carts, etc.. They are close to getting 5 out of 5 just need to do the little things better. Also the community facility is very nice. The pool is great and our kids loved this. We would rent this place again.

Everything was great except the beds

Everything was as it should be at the house. It was very nice and clean. Our only complaint were the mattresses in each bedroom. The mattress in the downstairs master was too firm for us and it slanted where your feet were a little higher than your head. Also, the left side of the mattress appeared to be quite worn as is slept much lower than the right side; almost like in a hole. I don't know the specifics of the other two beds in the other two bedrooms - I was just told they were not comfortable.

Destin 2023

The house was great. Plenty of room for the family of 13. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing about the house was the upstairs was alot warmer while down stair was cooler. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Loved having the golf carts to use, but the brakes were not the greatest, big safety concern. Golf carts made it easy and convenient to get to the ocean/public access but limited parking and you shared parking with the restaurant. I definitely would not walk to the beach. That would be to far. The destiny east pool was big but the water was pretty warm. Felt like you were in a hot tub. Usually you swim to cool off because its so hot outside. Same for the pool at the house.

The laminate (hardwood) floors are peeling and split in many places. The sliding doors are all so old that they struggle to slide. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are old and some hang on hinges. The tv in the loft room did not operate and we waited for it to be replaced and never was. The pool is nice and large and was warm as promised yet the lounge furniture by the pool is not comfortable. The grill was dirty and we did not use it. The golf carts are older but operate fine. The management company was responsive and helpful every time we needed them.
