Idéalement situé au coeur de Destin en face du parc aquatique BIG KAHUNA. GARDIEN DE SÉCURITÉ à l'entrée, parking couvert, deux courts de tennis, location de films, salle de jeux, DELI avec boutique cadeaux. Profitez du bar TIKI surplombant la plage et de la piscine chauffée INTÉRIEURE / EXTÉRIEURE avec cascade. Entraînement dans la salle EXCERCISE sur place. Profitez d'un verre de vin dans le HOT TUB ou détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse ensoleillée. Pelican Beach est la «Destin-ation» parfaite de la famille. Les parcs à thème, de nombreux terrains de golf, d'excellents restaurants et des magasins ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. Silver Sands, un grand magasin d'usine est à seulement sept miles à l'est, le centre commercial Destin Commons qui possède un immense complexe cinématographique est au coin de Mid-Bay Bridge et de l'autoroute 98. PÊCHE EN MER PROFONDE et Sunset Cruises est juste en bas de la rue. Faites un tour sur 30A pour une vue magnifique.

Nous sommes fiers de garder le condo bien entretenu et mis à jour. NOUVEAU Granit, armoires, vanités, portes moustiquaires, surmatelas, canapé-lit, frigo, MW, lave-vaisselle, un nouveau téléviseur intelligent 4K de 65 pouces dans le salon. Cette copropriété décorée avec goût et confortable dispose d'un balcon privé pour profiter de ces magnifiques levers de soleil en Floride ou profiter de l'ombre de l'après-midi après être sorti de la plage. Passez vos vacances avec nous et vous reviendrez! Le salon a un canapé convertible qui fait un lit queen size. Nous avons 3 téléviseurs LCD, 3 lecteurs DVD et un accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil. Cuisine entièrement stockée et une laveuse / sécheuse.

Amazing

Perfect location, beautiful views, friendly people all throughout the property, beautiful beach, check-in was smooth, and host got back to my questions super fast!. I cant say enough how Perfect this place was and how beautiful the condo and location was. I was blown away! Perfect for my family and I. Will for sure be trying to book here again in the future! It was sad to leave!

We love this property so much that we stay here on our annual family Destin trip every year now. As soon as it becomes available for the next year, we book it. It’s clean, the furniture and decor are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, and it has an amazing view. The host is very responsive whenever I have a question.

Gorgeous Views and Prime Location!

Our family of 4 loved everything about our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, amazing pools and beach access literally steps away. Everything was super easy from check-in, trash disposal to the overall amenities of the resort. We also loved the location right in the heart of Destin and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The water park directly across the street was amazing and we took advantage of that during a red flag day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

I was so impressed with the property, the check in process was excellent as well but we had a problem with the parking. I informed the unit owner that we gave 3 cars and the they confirned that we can have 3 card but on oir check in we were only allowed 2 cars. Its so inconvinient 1 of cars was parked near wynn dixie outside the property then we had to check the car whick is outside the property. It should have been 5/5 but that happened

Very nice condo!

We had a lovely time at this condo and beach! Very comfortable, very clean, and well outfitted with all the supplies you will need for a vacation. Amazing view from the balcony! The beach is gorgeous and was warm enough for swimming. Beautiful water! There are three things that people might find useful to know about the property as a whole and the area. The elevator in the property is under construction and appears to have been for some time. There is a lot of construction debris around the elevator area and one of the cars is completely closed, making for sometimes very long wait times (we were on the top floor). We heard many people complaining about it. It is also quite loud (we could hear it in our unit). Unless you spend the money to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach you are relegated to the back row, leaving a very sparse view of the water in front of you while sitting on the beach. The traffic on the road that is the ingress/egress is pretty bad and you can only turn right out of it much of the day unless you want to risk your life. (You then have to make a U-turn or find a traffic light to turn around). These are things that are definitely not related directly to the unit (it was absolutely beautiful!), just some things that might matter to anyone who is thinking of staying in the Pelican Beach Resort in general. We very much had an overall wonderful and very relaxing time! Thank you!

AMAZING CONDO

The condo was beautiful and clean, great amenities. Easy check-in and owners were very responsive and nice. Anytime a rental has separate makeup cloths is BONUS points. The condo had chairs, toys, everything to make your stay comfortable! The beach chair rental was very reasonable and the tiki bar with beach service was great to have!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, tvs in every room, comfy beds, washer and dryer, anything you could need in n the kitchen for cooking, beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful view from the balcony, and a super short walk down to beach. The only thing I woods be aware of and this has nothing to do with the condo itself. When I was there 2 of the 4 elevators were down. That made it a little hard getting around. The building itself was either putting on a new roof or doing work on it. They started at about 7:30 in the morning and were still going at 6:30 at night during the week. Extremely loud since the condo was the top floor. Just something to be aware of if you have little ones that might need naps. The place was so wonderful though that it would not keep me from coming back which I hope to.

perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable, all that we needed to enjoy our week there. The complex is very nice with pools and right on the beach. We also took advantage of the tennis courts. We would definitely recommend it.

We (family of 3 with tween) were so grateful to stay in this lovely home for a weekend. Beds were comfy, home was cozy, and all the staff were very nice. Well-lit location close to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach with awesome views. Didn't use the kitchen but looked like it would have what was needed to make meals. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this booking was amazing. The hosts very detailed in their instructions and very accurate with their listing. The place was super clean, decor made it very homey and beachy feel. Having a washer and dryer was a huge asset. Kitchen was stocked with majority of essentials. Beds very comfortable. View was great, location was near a lot. We will definitely be returning and referring to our friends and family.
