If you're looking for a beautiful unit, super clean, professionally decorated, with over 1100 sq ft of space, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a queen sofa sleeper, (all with memory foam lux mattresses), a washer and drier in the unit and all the convenience of a full kitchen, look no more! This is it!! Once you realize how close we are to the beach and the incredible views from every corner of the house you'd want to grab this deal! I'm a super host with over 450 FIVE stars reviews on all platforms for my service, location, cleanliness and value. My guests are treated like my own Italian family coming from out of town. Service, bringing the outmost comfort to my guests is my number one priority. I have 60% return rate for a reason.
Our unit is on the 10th floor of a well kept building, within the #1 Beachfront Resort in Destin. You'll have private access to the beach, with the usage of our 5 pools and lounge chairs, 3 jacuzzi, 2 fitness centers with steam room and sauna, a tiki bar for your favorite drinks right on the beach,(seasonal), a cafe for breakfast and lunch with delicious local cucine, a convenience store, snacks and soft drinks machine, 2 BBQ areas with tables and sitting space, EV chargers, pickleball and tennis courts, a game room for the kids to hang out, 24/7 security, gated entrance to resort, front desk assistance when checking in, BUT most of all, DIRECT access to our beach.
From our private balcony, you'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf, the serene lake, and even views of the harbor at a distance. We're facing west with front row views of the most amazing emerald coast sunsets. You could be sitting outside sipping your morning coffee or inside on one of our Cindy Crawford linen sofa, or in the kitchen cooking and enjoy the colors of the sun rising and setting, with the radiant lights coming right through the room. It's quite spectacular. That alone with the mirrored images makes it double the pleasure. From the master bedroom, even if laying down in the bed you'll have nothing but glorious views.
The lake below with the waterfalls and birds flying by adds to the magical atmosphere. This newly remodeled unit has 2 in suite private bathrooms with shower heads so strong and invigorating, creating a therapeutic shower experience.
Relax in style with a new bedroom set, plush living room furnishings, and three 65-inch smart TVs, Direct Tv, Roku, and Netflix access. Sink into a luxurious memory foam mattress topped with goose-down comforters for a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for effortless meals. For your total enjoyment we've now added an Espresso and Cappuccino Nespresso machine, and the pot coffee maker.
The condo comfortably sleeps six with a king bedroom suite, a separate queen bedroom with private bathroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit is priceless when you travel with family or on longer stays. We have everything I could think of.
To make your beach days even more enjoyable, our beach closet is stocked with two beach chairs, an umbrella, six beach towels, a cooler, inflatables, kids’ water toys, boogie boards, and a cart to carry it all to the shore.
Destin is beautiful in any season, from our busy hot summers months to our relaxing Fall and Spring and our quiet winters. We have hosted many families celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, anniversary, birthdays and even honeymooners in our units. The reviews have been fantastic.
