    The Space:

    Luxury awaits at this gorgeous two-story home in Destin. This vacation rental offers a well-equipped, full kitchen and a large dining table that is perfect for family and friends to gather at for meals or game nights. The private, furnished balcony is great for sipping your morning cup of coffee, preparing meals on the gas grill, or just spending time after a day of fun at the beach.



    Crystal Villages is a gated community offering a resort-style, outdoor pool and a convenient hot tub to soothe your muscles after spending your days wandering around Destin. Head to the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico that are just a short walk from your front door. If you're looking for the perfect place to enjoy some family-friendly fun, make your way over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park! However, if you'd rather enjoy a little peaceful time outdoors, the large Henderson Beach State Park is only two miles west, offering a plethora of outdoor activities to choose from, like picnicking, hiking, boating, camping, and kayaking.

    Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.



    Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.

The home and community was great. The transportation NEVER (NOT ONE TIME, THURSDAY-SUNDAY) answered the phone so we had to walk to the beach. We contacted management to verify the phone number and to inform them but nothing changed. So, do not count on the shuttle and you will enjoy your stay.

This property is very run down and not at all as described. My family and I saved up for a year to take a family vacation with my brother and his family. The trash bags didn’t fit the trash can, the toiletries are extremely cheap, the dryer doesn’t work well, the WiFi doesn’t stay connected, the fridge doesn’t keep anything cold, there is no streaming or smart tvs and the cable gives you 10 old school channels. The upstairs tvs don’t even work. The bath tub in the master is broken, there is no beach chairs or amenities at all. The pool was closed for half a day and the ladies that run the pool are mean and make it not enjoyable. There is hardly any dishes or utensils in the kitchen. There were 9 of us and we were given two laundry pods and two dish pods for a week. The paint and general condition of the property is very run down and needs major updating. The other properties next to us seemed nice but this one is awful. They did not offer to help or any assistance the entire stay. I messaged them 5 times for help. Please do not waste your money on this property..you will be disappointed.
