This cozy first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo in the heart of Destin’s emerald coast is steps from the private 1100 feet of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach privately owned by Sandpiper Cove. You literally walk off the private back deck into white sand! Take in the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets while relaxing on the back porch.

Sandpiper Cove is a laid back cottage-style resort, meaning there are no crowed elevators or parking lots to deal with. Enjoy two convenient parking spaces right outside the front door of the gated 24/7 secure complex. This condo has been recently renovated to include fresh paint, flooring, granite, new furniture, mattress, linens, etc. We also supply four backpack-style beach chairs & an umbrella for guest use, along with a wagon for convenience in getting around. Guests may also purchase beach chair/umbrella rentals directly on the beach.

If you are feeling a pool day, simply walk or drive across the street and you will find FIVE gorgeous pools Sandpiper Cove has to offer. Additionally, guests enjoy complimentary golf (9-hole/par 3 course), pickle ball (gear provided), and tennis. For our boaters, the resort is right on the canal complete with a boat ramp and marina. As for on site dining, we have you covered. Steps from the condo is Rick's Sand Trap, a seasonal beach bar and grill offering favorites such as fish tacos, burgers, and a variety of beverages. Sandpiper Cove is also home to coastal fine dining - Louisiana Lagniappe, featuring some of the Gulf's best seafood options within walking distance. Also, don't forget to check out the Destin Harbor where there is something for everyone! Just hop on the seasonal water taxi and let the fun begin!

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may want to prepare during your stay. Numerous grilling areas are also available throughout the property. Enjoy a full meal on the outdoor dining table or your morning coffee/night cap on the porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If you need to stay in touch with the office or complete some remote work, the condo is equipped with WiFi to accomplish those online tasks. We also provide shampoo/conditioner and body wash, along with plenty of dish soap for those choosing to pack light.

Check in is a 4 PM CST and check out is at 10:00AM CST. The nearest international airport is Pensacola Airport (52 miles) and regional Destin/Ft. Walton Beach (VPS) is 18 miles from the property. Please note that at least one guest must be 25 years of age or over and is strictly enforced by resort security as it is an COA regulation.
