• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided upon arrival.

• This is a fourth-floor unit.

• Please note that there will be an additional Resort Fee of $25 per night applied to your reservation.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.
