Destin Before School Holiday

The location was great. Jade East Towers is showing its age. Jade 350 Condo could use some touching up. It could use a deep cleaning and painting. The kitchen cabinets are very worn. The deck furniture is dirty. The entire condo could use a vacuuming, especially under the tables and the large couch. The front and middle bathrooms have very slow drains. The beds were comfortable.The cookware needs to be replaced…it is worn out. One partial existing roll of toilet paper, per bathroom, seemed cheap. Water Stains in living room ceiling was disappointing. The location to the Beach was great. Overall, we would not stay here again, or recommend it.Sincerely,Greg Marrs

Shower was not clean in master bath and there was mold in it. For 6 adults there was not many towels. The kitchen had one pot holder and it had a hole. Just a few kitchen towels. Ice maker still not working from the report I saw could have been fixed. We spent so much going to buy Ice. For the cost of the condo things should have been alot nicer.

Great Week!

We had a great week at Jade in Heaven. You could not ask for more accessible beach and pool access. The condo was on the end which made for beautiful views and peace from noise. It was well furnished. There wasn't anything we lacked in the kitchen. Jade East was incredibly clean. The pool was cleaned very well every morning. There was an issue with the elevators while we were there and had to use the stairs a few times. But they are actively installing new ones. I have 3 complaints that one would need to know before renting. This particular condo DOES NOT have beach service included with the reservation. The facility has a marvelous beach service. Trey was fantastic to us. But it has to be arranged and paid for separately. The ice maker does not work in the freezer. You will need to use ice trays or buy ice. I saw later this was mentioned in a previous review. Lastly, the curtains are less than acceptable for such a nice condo. In the master, the curtains do not cover the size of the windows. It is also very stained. You can 100% see into the bedroom from the beach and pool at night. The other drapes desperately need replacing as well. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time spending the week with loved ones. Thank you

Beautiful Condo, Ideal Spot – Just a Couple of Glitches

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect- close to everything we wanted to do, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our group of seven. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.There were just a couple of small hiccups. We only received five amenity bracelets for seven guests (one being under 12 with no bracelet required), which meant one person had to stay behind whenever we used the property amenities due to security rules. Also, the balcony doors wouldn’t unlock, and despite notifying maintenance, no one came by during our stay, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony views.Even with those minor issues, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again. The pros far outweighed the cons!

Beautiful spacious condo

This was our first time renting this condo or staying at Jade East and it was wonderful! The location is magnificent and right on the beach, so we were able to walk down and enjoy it. The heated pool and hot tub was so great since it was chillier than expected. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, they gave clear direction and was great at communicating. It was stocked very well and the furniture was lovely. Looks just the photos. We had a few hiccups, but they were resolved pretty quickly. The elevators stopped working the first night and we had to carry groceries up 3 floors, but I needed the exercise lol. They forgot to leave parking passes, but I texted and they got them to us within the hour. We also had to sweep when we got there from leftover sand, so that would be one thing I'd suggest they do better. Overall, I would highly suggest staying here. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Family Thanksgiving on the Beach

This condo was one of the most well equipped rentals that we've had to date. The view of the ocean was great. Had very nice balcony furniture. The oversized sofa made a perfect bed for our 12 year old. Plus all 7 of us were cozy on sofa watching Christmas moves together. Lots of dinning and living space. Kitchen was very well equipped. Felt very safe in the area with security gate entrance and pool and beach security entrances. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Good, clean property

Great gated complex with fast elevators, a beautiful pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Beach service attendants were excellent. Beds, furniture and appliances were all in good shape. Condo was as advertised and clean. We had a AC condensate drain line clog up and causing a leak when we arrived. Pinkie had a repairman there promptly. There was a slight unpleasant mildew smell in the unit for the remainder of our stay. Overall great place.

Somethings that needs to be addressed Ice maker did not work. Refrigerator was not very cold Only 8 sets of towels for seven people for week. Everything else was ok. Double beds do not sleep well.

Perfect stay for our family

The condo was gorgeous and perfect for our family! It was exactly as described. For our family of five we had plenty of room for us to spread out. The views were incredible and access to the beach and pool area were so convenient!! It was truly a magical place!! roo. And

Great vaca, just not cleaned well

It was a perfect location, right over the pool staring at the ocean as expected. The condo just wasn’t cleaned well. There were chips and crumbs under the sofas in plain sight, under the coffee table and on the rug. Nothing was vacuumed, so hair that was not ours was swirled around on the bathroom floors after random mopping. A soggy goldfish was left sitting in the non disposal side of the sink, which makes me wonder if the sink was cleaned? Also a used tissue left on the toilet room floor, and a huge hairball in the drain of my son’s shower. If the cleaning were better, this would have greatly changed my rating.

Very nice condo

The condo was as expected and nice. The kitchen was stocked with many nice items for cooking. We had 4 adults and 4 littles and had ample room. The building itself was nice and kept up. The private parking lot was great and it was nice to see security checking wrist bands and walking the parking lot. Would absolutely stay at Jade east again as well as this condo.
