The master bedroom offers a very large and comfortable king-sized bed, a 50” smart TV, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the spacious balcony. Take advantage of your own private vantage point to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the shore from the comfort of your bed. This room has a private bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower, stunning tilework, a double vanity, and a closet to store your belongings.

Kids and grown-ups alike will be enthralled by the second bedroom, where you’ll find a unique custom-made bunk bed. XL twin beds lie smartly above two super comfy king-sized beds. There’s plenty of space for everyone here! Each of the four sleeping spaces is equipped with USB charging points and individual lighting for maximum convenience. You’ll also find a sleek 50” smart TV to enjoy.

The spacious third bedroom offers another king-sized bed for you to rest your head each night, plus a 32” smart TV. A spacious closet and dresser offer plenty of storage space for your things. Like the other bedrooms, this room is tastefully decorated with beach-inspired artwork.

A second full bathroom gives you the choice of a soak in the tub or refreshing shower with its bathtub/shower combo, plus a double vanity sink. Both beautiful bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and premium Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience and enjoyment.

Cook up a storm in the fully-stocked, spacious kitchen. This elegant space is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create delicious meals for the whole family.

A wet bar is yours to use in the dining area, so you’ll be able to shake up some cocktails in style! There’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy your creations throughout the condo. You’ll find space for three people at the huge kitchen island and a dining table for four. But for dinner with a view, we highly recommend taking your meals out to the balcony where you’ll find a lovely outdoor dining set.

The spacious living room has been designed with your comfort in mind. Bright and airy, with plenty of seating, you won’t be short of space to sit and relax each day. A 65” smart TV is available, so you can unwind and watch your favorite TV shows. Or better yet, slip through the sliding doors and enjoy the breathtaking balcony views.

Access to the huge 30-foot balcony is via the living room or the master bedroom. Simply slide open the doors and step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze. Here you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating including a large corner sofa overlooking the beach, a chaise lounge chair, and a dining area.

What could be a better way to relax than sipping wine while gazing out over the emerald waters? Many happy hours can be spent on the balcony, waiting to spot the dolphins at play.

Of course, if you’re looking for a more active vacation, then look no further than the resort amenities. A shared, seasonally heated pool is available year-round and operates between 7am and 10pm. Use the BBQ area, pickleball and tennis courts, or shuffleboard for some fantastic family activities. During your stay, you’ll also have private beach access which is a 5-minute walk from the building.

Not only will you have full access to the condo, including 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an amazing balcony, but you’ll also be within walking distance of a private beach. Throughout your stay, you’ll be able to make complimentary use of the resort’s facilities, which include a heated, outdoor pool, tennis/pickle-ball court and a BBQ grill area.

Complimentary high-speed wifi is available throughout the condo, so you’ll be able to stream, video call, or work as you need to. Enjoy free parking at the resort’s multi-story car park.

Between March 1 and October 31, rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella). Beach Service hours are from 9am-5pm.

It’s just a short walk or drive away from the top reasons to visit Destin, including several restaurants, Big Kahuna’s, and Destin Commons. There’s something for the whole family to enjoy here in Destin!

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, directly across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk from the condo to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Merlins Pizza, Big Red Cafe and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west and the 'The Track' is located just a few blocks to the east and has all the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats and bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or go bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Breakers East has a private gated parking area that will allow you to feel secure during your stay. An access code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. This will give you access to come and go as you please to the beach or take a leisurely walk or bike ride up and down Hwy 98.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 people which is shown on the property description. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy listed herein or in the property description are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits.

No unit will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 years of age if unaccompanied by a parent. We require one (1) parent for every four (4) persons under the age of 25. A parent must be present at check-in and must remain on the property during the length of stay.

Our rentals are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted, and all rental payments and/or security deposits will be automatically forfeited. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. THIS IS A STRICT POLICY AND ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
