Pool and Amenities Update:
-The outdoor hot tub and outdoor pool are open and available during daylight hours.
-The fitness center is fully available for guest use.
-The indoor pool is an open-air pool right now, and it is open; the indoor hot tub and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The deck and lounge chairs are available for guest use during daylight hours.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, by the end of March 2026

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
