Esmeralda, a newly constructed home seated in the gated community of Destin Pointe, is designed for luxury relaxation and family fun. Only a few houses from the turquoise water beach. This five-bedroom, four-bathroom home encompasses 2,673 sq. ft
of living space and over 2,500 sg. ft of outdoor living space with an outdoor spa, kitchen, and one of the largest private pools in Destin Pointe . The pool deck has two spacious seating areas, A Camp Chef cook top, multiple tv's, Wi-Fi and patio surround sound. No need to haul bottled water, this home features a whole-house Springwell water filtration system! Enjoy fresh, clean, great-tasting water straight from every tap.

Venture up two levels to the back deck. Right off the kitchen, to grill and chill. Take the spiral staircase up to enjoy the tower views. Make a cocktail at the fully equipped wet bar and relax. This is the best place to wind down after a full day. Enjoy your front row seat to beautiful sunsets and the Emerald Grand's weekly fireworks display.

Esmeralda accommodates parking for up to five vehicles. Beach chairs and supplies are available, as well as four adult bicycles. The pool deck ice maker is perfect for filling your cooler, on your way to the beach. This home is handicap accessible through the front door and pool gates. The elevator provides access to all indoor living spaces.

Enjoy spending family time in the great room. In the cooler months you can enjoy the gas fireplace. The open concept provides inspiration for your culinary creations with the spaces sophisticated high-end design. Top-of-the-line appliances include a handmade Italian gas range, beverage, and wine coolers. With wall-to-wall windows, this space provides generous views in all directions.

Three master suites and two individual bunk rooms this home can sleep fourteen people comfortably. Each master suite includes, a king bed, television, ceiling fan and private balcony. Each master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large rainfall shower head, body jets, handheld shower head, and two masters have a spacious solid surface soaking tub to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of fun.

The bunk rooms are ideal for kids or young adults, providing a comfortable and convenient place to rest and recharge. The large bunk room provides two queens, two full size and one pull-out twin trundle. The smaller bunk room provides three twin beds. The twin bunk room shares a space with the laundry.
