Destined for Paradise is a beautiful four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom home located in the exclusive Destiny West community in Destin, Florida. This elegant two-story villa blends Mediterranean charm with beachy comfort, offering the perfect escape for up to 9 guests.

The spacious open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with luxurious furnishings and ample natural light. The gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen bar, making it ideal for entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a formal dining area with a stylish table for meals. A second dining nook with a sliding glass door leads to the serene back patio.

The first-floor primary suite offers convenience and privacy, featuring a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an elegant en-suite bath complete with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The second-floor features three generously sized bedrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and share a well-appointed full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

Max occupancy is 9 total guests. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

*Cancelation Policy:  Cancellations received within (60) days of the Check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the Check-in date will result in a $250.00 cancelation processing fee.
