We had an incredible stay at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, Florida! The unobstructed ocean view from our unit was simply breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. The property was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the necessities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Bob, our host, was fantastic—his clear and thorough instructions ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth experience. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Our room was great, the owner was fantastic and responsive. However, if you expect to go to the beach and have any view of the ocean- select a different property or be prepared to pay lots of money for the vendors umbrella and chair set up. They have the beach lined with 3 rows of chairs and umbrellas, but the price per day or week is outrageous. They will not allow you to set up in front of their set ups and you will be yelled at by the man selling access to move. You can sit behind them, but you will not be able to see the ocean. It was disappointing, but overall the stay was awesome and the balcony overlooking the beach is beautiful. I do recommend this property if you don’t care about not sitting by the water or have lots of money to spend to get the “front row access”. Everything else regarding the room and owner was great.

Most relaxing vacation with a beautiful view. The place was clean and perfect. The process was simple and the personnel at the property were so nice and inviting.

I could stay on the balcony all day. Bring the binoculars to see all ocean creatures passing by.

The condo was well clean and comfortable, just as pictured. Bob was responsive during our stay and helpful. We liked having the trash chute and laundry facility close by to the unit. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property for your next Destin stay!

Perfect access to the beach. The tiki hut bar by the beach was excellent. The home was clean as well and had a gorgeous view of the beach. The owners were super nice & quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fantastic relaxing

The resort was very family friendly. Easy check in at front desk.Parking garage was close to entrance and ample parking.Overall staff could have been more personable/professional. No bad experience with staff just no wow factor. As far as the condo it was exactly as expected/pictured. Host Bob was amazing and extremely communicative. He even reached out personally to check we made it. Host was able to allow us an early check in! The condo had some paint touch up spots that he communicated about prior to checking in nothing major. As far as cleanliness I gave 4 stars due to light dusting on decorations. Nothing major at all just things I notice as a professional cleaner the average person may not. This is of course at no fault of the hosts. We would definitely book again enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, condo had ample utensils for cooking and grilling. Decore was fun! Beach chairs and unbrellas provided. Patio furniture was 4 NICE Adirondack chairs. Noise from other guests was not an issue at all. All in all its a fantastic resort for familys.
