Step onto the cool tiled floor of this spacious, ground floor, bright, open-concept condo, and you'll feel yourself beginning to unwind. Open the patio door and you're ready to take a morning swim in the nearby community pool. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the pool may be heated seasonally. The bright kitchen features a breakfast bar and everything you need to create memorable vacation meals for the family. When it's time to rest, the large bedrooms offer a welcome respite. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second bedroom contains two full-sized beds.

Chateau La Mer is a hidden gem on the Emerald Coast, a family-oriented complex, perfect for a peaceful get-away. With only 58 units, beautiful well tended landscaping, this complex is quite unique. There are large grassy areas and sidewalks for strolling along beside the breathtakingly beautiful beach. Walk to Captain Dave's or Kenny D's restaurants or prepare local delicacies on the complex's outdoor grills or pick up local seafood for a relaxing evening at your home-away-from-home. In addition to the private beach, Chateau offers tennis and pickleball, or shuffleboard and a large community pool, which is heated seasonally. The neighborhood clubhouse is available for rent for birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, or baby showers. Shore Dreams has sufficient units in Chateau to accommodate your extended family and friends! Next to the clubhouse is a full laundry facility with new washers and dryers that accept credit card payments. The complex has no through-traffic, so families with children can easily enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
