🚗 Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway (NOTE - improper parking have risks of getting towed)
⛳️ Golf cart must be parked on driveway. Security monitors this 24/7 and if they charge a fee then we will remove it from the security deposit.
🚫 No RVs, boats, trailers, motorcycles, or rented golf carts allowed in community. We provide a golf cart!

🚭 Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property
🛟 Pool is shared + no lifeguard on duty (children require adult supervision)
🛏️ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
🔐 $500 security deposit hold, signed rental agreement, and ID verification required post-booking
⛳️ Submission of proof of auto insurance and completion of golf cart waiver required after booking if plan to drive.
