YES!!! You can use the boat dock!!
You can easily park 7 cars maybe more depending on how compact and arranged in the front of home.
Yes, you have private access to a nearby beach. You can walk.to it.
When you leave the house, you would go down Vera Cruz Dr., make right on to Norriego Dr., then you cross Gulfshore Dr. and you will see the gate. We will provide an access code on check in day.
You can dock any boat or boats that limit to 60ft on our dock. We don’t rent boats. There are boats you can rent right on the other side of the harbor on Harbor
This home is wonderful for the weekend cruiser, avid angler or if you love to enjoy the beach and saltwater. This plush pad has everything you need to enjoy water views and local activities. The high ceilings welcome you upon entrance and vast windows provide amazing canal scenes that lead to the Destin Harbor. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain your favorite people. Grill outside on the pool deck or enjoy some cocktails as the boats go by. The heated pool is an amazing feature that you can lounge around or in if you want to catch some rays and cool off. The sea wall surrounding the house has ample space for a boat and if you want to jump in the saltwater and explore the inlets via paddle board. There are all types of fishing excursions, charters, and adventures minutes away. Within walking distance, you have some of the most amazing beaches the Florida panhandle has to offer. This home truly captures the VIP access of the Emerald Coast and provides you with an East Pass directly through the Destin Harbor to navigate the ocean of the Gulf of Mexico. So bring your boat, plenty of sea wall. Prime location to visit the area. If you want to be in the Harbor, this is a spot that will definitely put you there. Direct access to the ocean. No fixed bridges.
NO BOAT TRAILER OR CAMPERS ALLOWED OR PARKED ON THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY, THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION . YOU WILL BE FINED DAILY. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ON STREET. THERE IS ALSO A NOISE VIOLATION ORDINANCE. No vehicles are allowed on grass only in driveway. Please obey all rules are guests are subject to fines and/or arrests.
Please disclose pet size and breed at time of booking. There is a pet fee applied at time of booking.
No smoking allowed inside of home. No drugs allowed anywhere on premises. A fine can be imposed and a loss of deposit.
