    PARKING
    Free self-parking is available throughout Sandpiper Cove Resort. Guests can easily park and walk to all resort amenities. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles.

    There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text message seven (7) days prior to arrival with a unique door code and detailed self check-in and check-out instructions.

This condo was the perfect little spot for a mini vacation with my husband. It had everything we needed and the communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean-ish. Definitely had some dust bunnies. The check in process was easy. The pool by us was nice but pool location with the hot tubs had 2 hot tubs down the entire stay.

Great stay

The condo was a great place to stay with my 3 daughters. It was so clean and nice. Pool was right across the golf green, visible from the balcony. Easy and close access to all the attractions. Beach was an easy drive across the road.

Hoosier Holiday Sandpiper Cove 2038

The accomadations were warm, inviting, and very clean. Everything looked brand new! We loved the features of the resort, the pools, and the beach. The chairs and umbrella service were a great addition. Our overall impression is that we highly recommend staying with Hoosier Holiday for your next Florida getaway!

Great time and place was awesome. The onlybthing i would change is the doors in bathroom are hard to shut making a lot of noise when closing. And the master bed was comfortable but also noisy when moving around.

Cozy place

The condo was very nice, had to adjust to the lack of a dresser but we made do. Location was very good. During check in the was some confusion (my fault) about the door code but was worked out fine. All in all a nice place good location.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay!! The condo was so cozy and nicely decorated. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella available to us on the beach. We enjoyed morning and evening walks around the SPC complex. It is such a peaceful and safe environment. We also enjoyed playing on the new pickleball courts. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Unit was exactly as pictured. Super clean and decorated beautifully. We felt like no one had ever stayed in it before. Patio furniture was clean as well as the cushions. Kitchen had just what was needed. We would absolutely choose this unit again!

Home away from home

We were excited to stay at sandpiper cover as I know the owner of the condo that we stayed at and I heard so many nice things. We got there and it was a cozy condo that was private and decorated like we were in a beach home! My boys slept in the pull out couch and they loved it, we got to enjoy the night life by sitting on the balcony feeling the breeze and looking at the stars. The pool, golf court, tennis court was all wonderful and easy to use and enjoy. The beach access was incredible! I appreciate all the effort that was put into giving us a great stay and with it being so close to everything! I would recommend staying and just getting that slice of home away from home.

Great stay

Location was great, plenty of room and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer in the unit and being so close to 1 of the pools were a huge plus. We did not have any issues with Check in or communication, we ended up extending our stay in a 5 minute phone call. We do not usually have to stop in a store on the first night, I would recommend supplying more than 1 trash bag and a very small roll of bath tissue.

Nicely furnished/decorated, comfortable property

Short stay in Destin. Everything was great. Just a few areas suggested for improvement.. Arrived late a night...instructions were a little misleading as they read "unit 4" so we spent quite a bit of time looking for a "unit 4" sign and there is no sign. Also the welcome instructions for internet access are not correct. Could use some new pillows for the master. Other than those minor things the unit was again very nice.

Lovely

It was a great space for our family! The community was nice and so were all the people. Loved the beach and yes this place provided an umbrella and two chairs, but we brought a canopy and we weren’t allowed to use it. We also brought a wagon to carry our stuff, cooler, chairs, toys, etc. and there was no ramp down to the beach, so mu strong husband had to carry it down the stairs. Other than that it was great, the only thing missing were coffee filters. 2 packets were provided but i brought my own. I feel if you are going to provied a coffee machine then a package of coffee filters should be left to use. I would definitely come back to visit this place for sure.

Wonderfully peaceful stay at SPC#2038

What a wonderful vacation! The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the back patio in the evenings. We loved the friendly people in the complex. The guards do so well keeping everyone safe. There is great communication with the management company. We loved the chairs and umbrella at the beach for our convenience. The condo is within minutes of many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning in the future.
