  • ​CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the hidden gem of Sandpiper Cove. This unit is located in highly sought after "Beachwalk" location and poolside to heated Pool and 3 hot tubs. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with Bunks sleeps up to 6 people with a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen with plenty of counter space, rounds out the inside of this beach condo.
    The unit is located next to the main pool area as well as a few of the practice putting greens. You will be less than a 3 minute stroll to the private deeded beach access point of The Gulf of Mexico. This access point is gates for both vehicles and walkers with a gate so you will have access to our stunning beaches. We also have the unit BELOW (Property ID 2202106) his unit so if you have two families visiting this is the perfect spot for you! Each unit sleeps 6. We cannot wait to work hard to provide you the vacation of your dreams.

Our stay was great! The condo was fully stocked and very nice! We loved the short walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable! The place was great, located near the beach with private entrance to the beach and chair rental included. Did not have to travel with anything for the beach, they have extra chairs toys and a wagon to take stuff to the beach. 5-8 min Ubers to the pier. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only few things will be great for the apartment is to have new shower curtain since it had a bit of mold in the bottom and maybe some air fresheners will make the place feel more like home. But besides that, vacation on the beach is not like you will be spending much time at the rbnb. Most of the time is spent outside

Surprised to find that communication was not the best. We had a problem with the glass door lock getting stuck. We got locked in the condo for about 15-20 minutes which was pretty scary but we were able to finally get it unlocked. I let the host know so this doesn’t happen to anyone else and did not get a response. I also reached out to ask about check out information and didn’t get a response either. The condo itself was nice. Close to the beach and a very nice pool.

Was not easy to find the unit; as apartment numbers are not consecutive; and the map given at the gate was confusing. Had to call the Host for help.The only other negative thing, for me personally due to some physical limitations, was that the apartment is located on the second floor, with 18 steps and no elevator. However, once settled in, our stay was fantastic. Patience and helpfulness of the phenomenal host more than made up for the above mentioned things that were a bit irritating after a long drive, with my physical limitations. Next time; and there will be a next time; I will make it known that I will need a ground floor unit. The facility itself is beautiful and well situated for easy access to Destin's beaches and most attractive facilities

Family Vacation in Destin

This was a great find for a great price in Destin. We wanted a kitchen, laundry, and a little more room than a hotel could provide; and this fit the bill perfectly. Great communication, clean home, perfect little getaway right by the beach. Our kids loved being so close to the pool and beach everyday; made it so easy and convenient. Loved our stay in Destin! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Spring Break family trip 2023

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, and the location was beautiful. Having security 24/7 while there gave me peace of mind. We met some locals that lived there during our stay. Everyone was just so kind! Loved it!
