We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.

• This condo has been cherished by our family for many years and is filled with our fond memories.
• While we love children, this home is not well suited for small children.
• We prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Two beach chairs and an umbrella will be provided seasonally (March-October) at no additional charge. Kindly note that beach service is only available on full days of your stay and is not provided on your check-in or check-out day.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.
• Shoreline Towers is a secure, gated community. A guest registration form will be sent after booking and must be completed for entry.
• Boat and golf cart trailers are not permitted on the property per HOA guidelines. Please reach out to us for nearby trailer storage recommendations.
A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Beautiful scenery! Beautiful Condo but the concierge left a lot to be desired I did reach out to the concierge about my complaints and heard nothing back the whole week we were there!! No such thing as customer service.. I probably will not come for vacation there again because of this

Great place BUT…
This condo is definitely among the nicer places I’ve stayed at. A weird thing is that it’s numbered for the 11th floor, but it’s a 10th floor unit, which served as an unnecessary hurdle at 10pm when we arrived. View of the beach is amazing. The place is spotless and it is as described. The managers send you a TON of unnecessary text messages and they weren’t quite as quick to respond at that time as others we have experienced. There were no laundry pods in the laundry room, so we had to run to target to get some. There wasn’t really anything in the unit, not even bottles of water, which is a cheap thing that’s nice to have for your guests, given the distance from where you’ll inevitably end up parking, up the elevator, the hot temps during the summer, and finally, to get up to the unit. One thing that threw me off were the CHARGES you end up with after booking. You think it’s one rate and BAM! It’s double, almost triple due to all the extra charges. 3 nights there costed $2200. I’m thinking those extra charges did not go to the actual unit owner, though I could be wrong. Although this place was great, it’s probably be cheaper to rent two rooms for three nights each at a nice hotel, instead. At any rate, it’s a nice unit.
