    Entièrement rénové, Holiday Surf 114 peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un lit king-size dans la chambre et 2 canapés-lits dans le salon. Avec tous les nouveaux décors, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous au paradis.

    Un remodelage complet de la cuisine avec un bar dans le bar et une grande table à manger sur mesure pour 6 personnes rendra votre repas agréable !! Le salon dispose d’un grand lecteur HDTV et DVD de 65 pouces, parfait pour une soirée cinéma à regarder sur un canapé en cuir dot�� d’un canapé-lit queen amélioré et d’un siège. Un coin bar juste à côté de la cuisine est le lieu de mélange idéal pour une boisson fraîche à savourer sur votre terrasse ou au bord de la piscine!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club property was very clean and orderly. Staff were friendly. The condo we stayed in was clean and fully accommodated our needs. We loved being on the ground floor to be steps away from the pool and access to the beach. The property is gated and secured. Definitely a family oriented place to stay. I would recommend the property.

Best Destin stay so far!

The pictures do not do this property justice, the beach is much closer than it looks! Facility was so clean and family friend. Location was amazing! The employees were all very kind!

Property was exactly as described. Location was great, close to town but still away from all the traffic. The kids loved having the pool right outside our patio. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation getaway

The property was clean upon arrival and decorated very cute! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The air mattress was perfect as it came in handy for my kiddos. Would have loved a small washer and dryer to was things as needed, but we made do. I also loved that this property was on the bottom level and you could walk right out to the pool/beach. Very nice property, would stay here again.

Loved the condo location

Stayed here for 4 days in July, easy access since its on the ground floor. Master bedroom bed was comfortable, but fold out couch not so much! Dining room chairs look nice but were very uncomfortable! Overall we liked it!

Spring Vacation

Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and clean which included a patio. The heated swimming pool was cleaned every morning and evening and there were enough patio furniture to gather. There was a very nice boardwalk to the beach. The Raquet club out up beach chairs and umbrellas every day and took down in the early evening.

We do have one suggestion. We always stay on the 1st floor. So many times when we went somewhere, we would return & have to park out in the lot. Our suggestion is that you assign 1 parking place to each 1st floor room. Anyone who stays on the upper floor’s probably come thru the lobby to the elevator. Thanks

Fantastic!!!

Can’t say enough about this property! Clean. There was always people cleaning/maintaining the property. Very Close to the beach. A Ground level condo is the way to go. Would be great for families with small kiddos/or older family members. You Don’t have to wait for crowded elevators which I loved. They had a nice little gym on the 3rd floor we utilized. Chairs and umbrellas were free which was a huge bonus! **PRO TIP: chairs are first come first serve so get out there a little before 7 to choose your location and bring a towel down to tie around the Umbrella you choose. ** Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect in every way.

Arrived to friendly, fast check-in. Unit 114 has been upgraded & beautifully decorated. Park & unload steps from the unit's front door! Once inside, the living room opens to an ample porch (bench, chairs, table), overlooking the pool. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club's boardwalk, complete with multiple fresh water showers, leads directly to the private beach with provided umbrellas & beach chairs. Water is crystal clear & clean, white fluffy sand. Nearby Harbor Walk is full of lovely stores & eateries. And the location is 5 min drive to gas, Target, grocery, fun attractions and tons of upsacle and family restaurants. The children loved Fudpuckers (live alligators) and we loved Dewey Destin's overlooking the harbor & crab island. No construction. Pool is immaculate and open.

Great location, lots of amenities - but condo not as advertised

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! Very quiet, convenient location, and so much to do! Our family of two adults and three teens barely left the property (except to walk along the beach) during our 4 night/5 day stay. However, we were disappointed with the condo for several reasons. The condo was advertised as having a king bed and two sofa beds, and being able to accommodate up to 6. We were very disappointed to find out there was one sofa bed (not two!) and one king bed. There was an air mattress stashed in a closet, but it did not work (the cap to hold the air in the mattress was completely missing ... nowhere in the box). My teenage daughter slept on the hard floor the first night. :( The second day, the Holiday Surf & Racquet Guest Relations got us a nice new air mattress to use, which made our stay more comfortable, but we feel gypped as we did not get what we paid for and what was advertised. Guest Relations told us it was the "owner's fault" and they said they would change the listing to show that only 4 could be accommodated. The other disappointment in the condo was that the living room TV did NOT work. Guest Relations sent someone to fix it, but it still only worked for some features. My husband is an engineer and my two teenage sons can fix just about anything tech-related, but this was beyond them as well. Our stay was during the 2024 Paris Olympics and we were VERY disapointed to not be able to watch the Olympics together as a family. I am a French teacher and not being able to watch the Paris Olympics on TV with my family was a huge deal for me. Everything else was great and we would enjoy a stay at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club again. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We do feel we are owed at least a partial refund for the issues we had, especially regarding the misleading information on the bedding and number of guests that could be accommodated.

Has most kitchenware for cooking, blender, etc. spacious dining table for 6 and leather couches. Bed is comfy however couch bed has springs that you can feel. You won’t last a night sleeping on it; even kids. Had to borrow foam pad from family in other condo.
