  • This lovely, direct beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms and is on the 6th floor. The entire unit has been refurnished and professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme designed to maximize the ambiance of the incredible beach view. TVs in each bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow-top mattress with memory foam. The second bedroom has a full bed with a soft pillow-top Sealy-Posturepedic mattress. The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the sleeping capacity to 4. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and shower. The second bathroom has a porcelain tub and shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi. Of course, the best amenity is the magnificent gulf view. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent.

Beautiful view of the beach. Hostess was very attentive and quick to respond. Unit could use some updates. Destin offered great food options. Main highway along the beach was very busy.

Great place to stay in Destin for a great price. The room had a fantastic view of the beach, and was overall very nice. There were some things that we weren't impressed with, such as pillows having stains on them (one pillow had visible makeup smudges on it, indicating that that pillowcase was not washed). There was a stain of some kind, possibly a drink stain, under the guest bed on the floor, which I had noticed after reaching for my shoe that got pushed under too far. The shower curtain in the master bathroom looked like it had mold on the bottom, which was kind of gross. Also, the master bed is incredibly creaky. It makes a loud creak just turning over, which was pretty annoying.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and it was definitely worth it! Just wasn't very impressed with the cleaning.

Host was incredibly nice! Cons: Condo does need some repairs. Master bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower curtain had mildew/mold all over it and water would get all over the floor every time you shower. It needs a new curved shower curtain and rod. Only one hair dryer in condo and it was in the hall bathroom so there wasn’t one in master. Laundry room door didn’t want to close. Extra pillows in closet had no pillow cases on them. Second bedroom has no closet and was incredibly tiny. Dealt with giant roaches coming in condo and balcony a few times but I didn’t blame the host. It’s Florida. Chair rental place takes up front row on the beach so you can’t sit up next to the water unless you rent a chair from them. Pros: view is amazing! Close to everything. Condo was perfect size for 4. Pool was perfect. Host was super nice and accommodating. Overall we were satisfied with everything.

Upon checking in we did not receive our packet and the office closed. The host quickly gave us information to access the room, which was ready early. This property has very strict rules with staff patrolling and very vocal about the rules. A hidden cost was the beach and umbrella rental company that was rude and ran the beach like the mafia. 55 a day for two chairs and umbrella from 9 o’clock to 4 o’clock isn’t bad however you have to pay to get front access to the beach, as they set up at 6 o’clock and do not allow you to use your own chairs unless you pay. A total HOA scam in bed with this company. Be prepared to have multiple codes to access the pool and beach, as well as fitness center. The fitness center was worse than a home gym. Our room was partially remodeled which was more than adequate. I probably would return if the beach situation was different and the HOA patrols were not as strict.

Mother Nature forced us inside quite a few days during our stay but the comfy condo made it easier to be stuck indoors. One of my favorite things about staying there was of the feeling of being on the 50 yard line of the Gulf and watching the dolphin’s play every day

There are too many items that I could list but I will just summarise the most salient points: place not clean to expected standards; thermostat not working; light bulbs not working; pillow covers smelling bad; nobody at the office when we arrived, chairs on the balcony not clean; etc.The view is very nice and the maintenance man was great. The host was able to take action when I contacted her.
