    New Complete Renovation!! Pics!! The Beach Daze home is a gorgeous vacation home in Destin’s premier ocean community, Villages of Crystal Beach!! Only a short walk away from the sandy beaches of Destin, and features amazing amenities! With a luxurious pool complete with a spa and oasis bar area, the Villages offers it all in a private gated community!! Features a full game room with classic arcade games, 2 wet bars, 2 balconies, and new paint, furnishings, TV's, and décor! Fun & Luxury!!

    The space:

    Amazing community location within 1 mile of 57 Restaurants, 18 Attractions, and the crystal sandy beaches of Destin!! Amazing corner lot! Resort style pool with hot tub and bar! You have full use off the entire 3,000 sq. ft. home with private 3 car driveway parking! This beach daze home has been completely renovated as of March 2021! This first floor offers a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with bar area, dining area, laundry room, and an amazing open living area! The 2nd floor offers a luxurious king master bedroom with your own PRIVATE BALCONY!! It has a comfy sitting area with a large TV! There is full walk in bathroom with another TV, wet bar, built in closet, and crib area. 2nd king bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd floor is where all the FUN happens...entire game room with a classic pinball machine, arcade racing machine, multi classic 2 player machine that includes all your favorites, Marvel vs Capcom machine, karaoke machine, and X-Box with a drawer full of games!! This fun filled floor also has 2 separate bunk bedrooms with a full bathroom, wet bar, 2nd laundry room, and huge covered balcony with great views!! CHECK OUT THE PICS!! The entire house sleeps 16 and can accommodate 10 adults and 6 children as 4 of the beds are bunks. The Villages of Crystal beach is one of the only communities in Destin that provides FREE shuttle service "Sandy Express" to and from the beach during the "peak" season! This is also one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Vehicle Charger at no extra cost! Reminder: This is a NON SMOKING property!

    Guest access:

    The Oasis pool is wonderful and large compared to the number of homes in the community. There is also a hot tub spa in the pool area along with a tiki bar. Arm bands will be furnished and must be worn on the property in the pool area at all times. There is also a shuttle service that runs to the beach and back until 4:30 pm during peak season.

    Other things to note:

    This is one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Car Charger for Tesla/Leaf/EV's!! Note that there is only room for 2 large vehicles in the driveway. It can fit 3 small to medium size vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited. They will have vehicles towed. There is an overflow community parking area around the pool, but it is limited in spaces and not guaranteed. Golf carts are not allowed in the Villages, this includes rentals. THERE IS NO SMOKING at all on this property! Not in the home, on the patios, or in the driveway. This is non flexible, as we stay there often as a family and I have family members with severe asthma. Please respect this rule or your deposit will be forfeited and you can be asked to leave. Also this is not a Pet friendly home. No Pets allowed. Thank you.

The host was great and responded timely but the property is not maintained as pictured. The instructions given make it seem as if this property is being kept spectacular, but it’s not as pictured. Outside is unkept and inside was not cleaned well as we had food all on the carpet and dirty linens. The host definitely made sure it was taken care of but that should have been done beforehand. The vents and lights are so dusty which was not good for my children. Most games didn’t work.

Overall great location. The pool and hot tub area was amazing. Kids had so much fun. The house fit us all and there was plenty of space. Plan on making our next trip here!

The house was not cleaned when we got there. Beds were not made, towels on bathroom floors, food left out on the countertop. We had to leave for 4 hours after we arrived for the cleaning people to come in and clean. We were there for our wedding. We had all our guests with us. It was embarrassing. The games upstairs in the game room don’t work. That was the biggest reason we stayed there, so the kids could have some fun in evenings.

Great location, property, & pool!

The house is perfect for all ages. We had 7 adults/teens and 6 children and it perfectly accommodated all of us! The property is walking distance to pool! Owner was so good at communication and super nice! The house was clean, spacious, and set up so nice! We will definitely stay again!!!

Destin summer vacation

House it’s very nice and very convenient for shopping and getting to the beach overall the house it’s in great condition there is a couple things that need to be addressed the mattresses on the third floor are completely wore out , the cleanness of the house was not the best , there appears to be a roach problem since we got to see them abouT 3 times over our 5 day stay , other than that great place for a big family .

Excellent House

My husband and I got this house for our wedding party to stay at during our wedding weekend. It was the PERFECT house for our friends. It was clean, spacious, & provided the amenities that we needed for our guests. Communication was easy as well! The only downside is parking & the was Keurig not clean. Other than that, it was AMAZING & perfect for our wedding party!

Thanksgiving week vacation

Family vacation, great location to beach and to the mall. Easy booking and check in process. Owner answered all questions. House could use a good cleaning, owner was very specific about not getting sand in the house and it had sand in it when we arrived. The bed on the 2nd floor was broke and we reported to owner and on the check out day he replied back stating he would let housekeeping know about the bed.

Cons: Packman worked but none of the other games worked. Found a dead cockroach in one shower. Pros: Kitchen had several pots, pans, crockpots, & griddle. They had a wagon and a decent amount of beach toys available. Pool was very nice and we were close to the beach.

We spent a week in Destin following the 4th of july. Check-in was a breeze; you need to pull the door towards ya when unlocking it. The house is a 1 minute walk to the pool. Its a nice corner lot and right at the exit. We took the shuttle to the beach multiple days and Paula, the driver, was so wonderful. Beach is a quick walk if you are past time for the shuttle. We all enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood seemed safe. The washer and dryer worked great. The porch was a decent size to store all of your beach gear. Our freezer/fridge was broken from the get go. We did not check this prior to heading to the store and spent several hundred in groceries just to find out the next day that it wasnt staying cold. We were told that we had too many drinks but everything had been cold before going into the fridge. He did send a repair guy but he didnt solve the issue and then ended up hanging up on my bro in law after he told him that he worked in hvac. The house has lots of small things that have been neglected. The grill was beyond disgusting, floors need a good scrubbing, and a handyman needs to go in and give the place a little tune up. There was not enough silverware for the 16 people that the house was supposed to accommodate. Constantly going to buy bags of ice and deal with destin traffic is a hassle.We still had a great vacation but would never stay in this unit again.
