Escape to 'Emerald Oasis' - a six bedroom plus loft, five and a half bath, luxury beach home located across the street from the Golf of Mexico with beach access that features a private heated (optional - additional cost) pool and cabana house. Home also has 3 refrigerators in the kitchen! Home sleeps 16 in beds/ 2 on sleepers for a total of 18. The large driveway has parking for 4 cars so parking is never a problem. Immerse yourself in this professionally decorated beach home that boasts gulf views on all 3 floors, with decks and patios on every floor.

The back yard features an OUTDOOR POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, CORNHOLE, a large deck with two covered arbors, a table seating 10, 4 loungers, a firepit, stainless steel gas grill, extensive landscaping and outdoor hot/cold shower. The House has porcelain tile floors and hardwood floors throughout. The Fully furnished kitchen features quartz countertops with subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cookware/utensils, and 3 refrigerators! All beds have upgraded mattresses. You can literally throw a stone to the Gulf of Mexico. Well, maybe Tom Brady can.

Golf Cart: Because local companies were charging our guests $165/day for golf carts we decided to do something about it. We went out and bought a fleet of golf carts for our houses (Harleman Vacation Rentals), and we now have them available for our guests to rent. The charge is between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. The carts are all electric 6 seater Club Car Tempo with leather seats and a sound system. If you want to make sure one is available for your stay please inquire before booking.

An outdoor grill and bar is being installed in November for the 2024 season and it will feature a grill with a mini fridge a tv, a covered roof, and a front bar with seating for up to 6. Lounge at the bar and watch the game while the kids play in the pool and someone cooks you up a burger while you sip on a margarita.

The house is located in an incredible location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, coffee shop and more. Directly in front of the house is a 5 mile strand/path that is great for walking, running, biking, and roller blading.

House layout:

The front home (main house) has the following layout:

-1st floor has the living room, kitchen and laundry. There is a king bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath that the living room/kitchen would use.
-2nd floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. And A bunk room with two full bunk beds. And a hallway bathroom that the bunk room and third floor loft would use. There is also a patio which is accessible through the king bedroom and the master bedroom and it has gulf views.
-3rd floor has the viewing loft with amazing gulf views and the loft with a bunk bed consisting of two twin beds.

The guest house (pool house) has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. There is also a hallway bathroom that the two bedrooms would use.

Amenities: Fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, oven, stove, microwave), quartz counter tops, 3 refrigerators and upgraded cookware. Other features include a high capacity washer/ dryer, private pool (may be heated for additional charge), cabana house, 27"-32" LCD TV's in all bedrooms, 55' LCD TV in living room, child friendly home with 2 pack and plays, baby gates, and high chair available at no additional charge. King and queen bedding consists of upgraded mattresses, and luxury bedding ensembles; all sleeper sofas and chairs feature upgraded mattresses; jetted spa tub in master bath; professionally decorated. Large driveway has parking for 4 cars. House has Wi-Fi broadband internet access. Fold-up, tailgating type beach chairs to take to the beach, along with a beach wagon to carry the chairs. Outside is a brand new state of the art outdoor ping pong table, a brand new outdoor pool table, a brand new outdoor foosball table and a fire pit and outdoor seating.

House comes with a wagon to take your items to the beach plus a beach umbrella and four beach chairs.

Beach Service: We also offer a discounted beach service. If you choose this option, vendors will set up two umbrellas and four chairs, Sunday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug the umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. It is particularly nice during the summer months when the beaches can get quite crowded. This typically runs about $450 a week, through the vendor. But, because we have a contract with them we offer it to you for the steeply discounted rate of $225+ tax.

Activities: Beaches, golf, diving, boating, fishing, water parks, swimming, local attractions, fine dining, shopping including one of the largest designer outlet centers in the country. There is also a large playground for children two blocks away that is open to the public.

Area: The Crystal Beach area is located just a few blocks from the popular Destin Commons shopping center. It is bordered on one side by Henderson State Park and on the other side by the Destiny neighborhoods. It is considered by many to be the vacation destination of choice in Destin. It is a family friendly, upscale area within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants, a coffee shop, deli, and spa.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations are final due to reservations for this area often being a year out. However, if you need to cancel we are very flexible. What we do is immediately put the reservation up for rent. If it is a peak time like summer or spring or fall break it should rent easy. We will refund you 100% of the amount the reservation books for.

Pool heat optional. Recommended October through April. $315 per week plus tax (45 per day plus tax).

Golf Cart: $300- $495 per week for electric 6 seater with leather seating and sound system. Please inquire about availability.

Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.
