Located directly on the harbor, you can easily catch the Destin Water Taxi to explore the vibrant entertainment district of Harbor Walk Village. While you'll love the convenience of the location, make sure to venture out and discover the beauty of Destin, Florida.

This townhouse is the ideal beach retreat for families or friends seeking a getaway. Relax in the coastal living room and enjoy streaming your favorite entertainment on the Smart TV. The space provides plenty of room to unwind and entertain, whether you're spending time with loved ones or enjoying a peaceful moment alone after a day of sun and sand.

Prepare for endless fun in the delightful game room. Equipped with a Smart TV, it's the ideal space for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The room features a secluded bunk sleeping area, ensuring ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. With a stylish bar table and a comfortable sofa, this room is destined to become a cherished family hangout spot.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen located on the second floor, a haven for the culinary enthusiast in your group! With all the essentials including a coffee maker, cookware, dishes & silverware, and wineware, whipping up and enjoying delicious meals is a breeze. Please note that the space is best suited for compact or mid-size vehicles—larger vehicles such as trucks or SUVs may find it difficult to park comfortably. Additional parking is not available on-site, so we recommend planning accordingly.
- Please note that the docks on the property are not available for personal boat docking. They are for designated use only and cannot accommodate guest boats, jet skis, or other watercraft. Unauthorized docking may result in removal. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Please note that the garage door does not open and remains locked at all times.
- The living room sofa has been updated since the photos were taken. While the current setup may look slightly different, it still offers the same comfort and functionality for your stay.

The bay view in the mornings and evenings were breath taking. Loved the very short walk to the beach as well! Quiet neighborhood as well! Close to everything!
