We had our small micro-wedding here and the property itself was great. Pool and hot tub were very nice and each room was spacious and clean. Outdoor spaces were beautiful!The setup is very unique; a hotel with 5 rooms and a main house with 3 additional rooms.This place has its quirks, rooms 12 and 34 are conjoined by small hallways that do not lock on the room side. Because of this, whoever is staying in room 1 could theoretically just walk into room 2. Rooms 12 and rooms 34 each have a differing sets of keypad locks (didn’t work) room 3 4 also did not lock from the outside so anybody could walk into the rooms if not locked from the inside. While room 5 only opened with a key.Two of the 3 rooms in the main house also did not have locks on the doors. Big on the honor system here.The only real negative was check in/communication. Upon arriving, we got the room codes and nearly every Code was incorrect, so there were rooms we could not get in. After contacting the host through chat, they provided backup codes, which opened rooms 12. (34 never locked so they were always open)Then the Vrbo app had gone down for about an hour or two so we did not have access to the correct codes and upon calling the host, we were passed around to too many service reps (had no answers) instead of a singular property manager who could answer our questions. Would be helpful to have single point of contact. Gym gear was broken too.After that trouble though, it was smooth sailing!
