Other things to note!
Not a party house. Loud indoor or outdoor music and loud noise are not allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are allowed outside.

POOL | SPA:
Pool & Spa $150/daily fee – Pool up to 85 degrees. Spa to 100 degrees.
Spa only: $50/daily fee to 100 degrees. Pool heating time varies depending on the outside temperature. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional $50/ per hour and is subject to our approval

SECURITY CAMERA & NOISE MONITORING
Three exterior surveillance cameras and one noise monitoring device have been installed.
The first camera is positioned in the front yard, facing the garage.
The second camera is located in the side yard, monitoring the side gate. Please note that the pool and dining area are NOT visible from this camera.
The third camera (a Ring device) is installed at the front entry, facing the main entrance.
A noise monitoring device is installed on the backyard patio. This device is required by the City of Desert Hot Springs and does not record video or audio. It only measures decibel levels to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
