Huge back yard with pool and hot tub overlooking the desert mountains. Check the snow at Big Bear mountain from the pool! Sunset Springs is a fabulous home appointed just for travelers or family group (great for relaxing, but not for house-party groups). The kitchen is fully equipped, large dining and living areas throughout. 4 full bedrooms (1 oversized with 2 queen beds), 2 large bathrooms, BBQ, outdoor bar/kitchenette and more! It's central location is easy access to downtown Palm Springs, Coachella fairgrounds, Joshua Tree, golf, tennis and more. (I can refer you to awesome shuttle drivers for group outings).
The Space:
Here's what you'll find at Sunset Springs: A huge back yard with private pool and hot tub, on the sunny side of the house for all day fun. canCorn hole set and lounge chairs ready for use! An enormous kitchen and dining room w/ granite bar big enough for your famous taco night (or just feast of delivered pizzas). The dining table seats 10 guests easily with a view of the pool. Or take the meal outside to the patio bar-and-grill, the "Cactus Club"! Featuring a huge gas BBQ, bar space, and cafe seating for your coffee or wine. We even have a pass-through window from the kitchen to the outdoor bar for truly indoor/outdoor living.
The 4 bedrooms are stylish and functional with features for extra privacy (the 4th double bedroom has a separate entrance to the front patio while the primary bedroom walks out to the pool deck). The main bath has a tub, luxurious tiled shower, and double sinks; hall bath has counterspace and drawers for all the things. The house is appointed with multiple desks and work-station options for your WFH getaway. Good luck getting anything done with the pool!
The living room has 3 full size sofas and extra chairse so the whole group can be seated for movie night or board games. Wifi, 3 Smart TVs, games, local guidebooks, and a well-stocked kitchen with nice cookware and cutlery, even 2 coffee pots and coffee provided for your large crew. It's truly a foodie's delight in this kitchen--Thanksgiving dinner no problem!
Great lighting throughout, freshly painted and remodeled. Laundry room, garage space for 1 car, and driveway parking for 3 to 4 more cars... Sunset Springs really has everything you need and more! Pool heat utility can be added for fee (seasonal charge varies) please ask.
What you will NOT find at Sunset Springs that some other rentals offer: Small, cramped kitchens with crappy thrift-store equipment... Awkward "bedrooms" that are really just a room divider with no door... A tiny pool crammed next to the house with no sun light. We don't have any of that nonsense here!

Guest Access
Parking is easy! 1 car can fit in the garage and 3 or 4 more can fit in the driveway. Sunset Springs is in Desert Hot Springs, the next town towards the mountains from Palm Springs and an easy 15 min to downtown or the airport. Grocery stores and businesses are less than 5 minutes away. DHS has easy access from the I-10 freeway to Los Angeles, San Diego and beyond. We are centrally located to Joshua Tree Nat Park, Morongo Casino, Coachella Fairgrounds, and all the rest of the Coachella Valley. We have a relaxed vibe and freedom to enjoy the desert.

Other things to note
A great place to relax and have fun, but not for house party groups. Local noise ordinance and house rules apply. Quiet hours after 10pm. We expect guests to be respectful good neighbors at all times. Pet can be discussed please message me.
Pool heat utility fee can be added or removed (seasonal charge varies) please ask!
