Located a short distance behind the home is the interstate, and while you may faintly hear passing cars indoors, it's worth noting that the noise level is far from distracting. In fact, a low-volume TV easily masks it. While noticeable, rest assured it's a minor aspect of your stay experience.
Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

No Smoking or Drug Use: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and in the hallways. This includes any illegal substances. A $1000 fine will be imposed if these rules are violated.

No Parties, Quiet Hours: Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. A fee of $1000 will be assessed if a party is discovered or if excessive noise disturbs neighbors.

Declared Guests: Please declare all guests in advance. There is a fee of $50 per guest per night for undeclared guests.

Pets: If you plan to bring pets, they must be disclosed and approved in advance. The fee is $100 per pet for stays up to 5 days; for longer stays, it's $150 per pet. Price adjustments will be requested after booking confirmation. An unregistered pet will double this fee.

Cleanliness: Leave the property as you found it. Excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees on top of the standard cleaning fee.

Check-out: Standard check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to a $30 flat fee. We will inform you of the available late check-out time.

Check-in: Standard check-in time is 4 pm. Early check-in must be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $20 per hour. If you arrive early without prior notice, you may need to wait until the official check-in time.

Property Inventory: Please note that all items in the home are inventoried. Charges will apply for any missing or damaged items.

Report Cleaning Issues: If you encounter any cleaning issues upon check-in, please report them promptly so we can address them.

Mail Deliveries: We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the property. You may arrange for deliveries to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. We are unable to assist with mail retrieval.

Valid Identification: Ensure your booking is made with a valid government-issued ID, and do not engage in fraudulent activities or identity theft.
Security Camera: For your safety, there is one security camera at the front door entrance recording video and audio 24/7. Tampering or disconnecting this device will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Great location and accommodated everyone (group of 10)
We had 8 adults and 2 children staying for the weekend. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and plenty of linens for our needs. Location of the property was near perfect for everything we had planned. If you have kids or pets, the yard leaves quite a bit to be desired. A little upkeep there and all's good. Daniel was "Johnny on the Spot" with communication so no issues there. Clean dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived and we discovered damage to the couch in the living...which we communicated to Daniel immediately. Other than the yard needing some care, I would recommend having some additional seating available. For a group as big as ours, half of us were sitting on the floor when hanging out or eating together.

The property was as described, and very clean and tastefully decorated. Appreciated the option to stay together (all six of us) and have a garage, kitchen and plenty of room. Would stay again!

Great location for what we needed.
We traveled during the blizzard and arrived the evening of 15" of snow fall. The property was very nice as expected. The manager communicated with us trying to ensure the driveway would be cleared with all the snowfall for our arrival. Neighbors were great when we got our vehicle stuck out in the unplowed street. They helped us get to the driveway. The city a short while later had the streets cleaned. great weekend for us.

Short hometown getaway with the furbabies
Cute house in a active neighborhood. House was clean and decorated with a boho modern theme. My dogs enjoyed the large backyard, with friendly surrounding neighbors and pup. Loved having garage access so my dogs could come and go from the property safely and without a worry. Master bedroom was spacious and mattress was cozy. Property is located close to the interstate, food, and grocery store which is super convenient. Listing mentions some slight noise from nearby interstate, but I actually liked the noise. Overall we had a great stay!
