Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with advance disclosure and payment of the applicable pet fee. Dogs must be kept leashed in public spaces, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Downstairs Unit
Please note that the downstairs unit is a separate, occupied space and may have other guests staying there.
