« Just returned from an amazing week at this beach house with our adult kids and their partners.Perfect location right on the beach.West Bay can get a bit busy when cruise ships are in port...but this property allowed us privacy on the beach for those few hours.Awesome sunsets right in front.Omar picked us up and dropped us off at airport. He was extremely helpful.Nancy the House Manager made us 2 delicious dinners. The host is always available to help with any questions.Can't wait to return to...

« We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Jolly Octopus!!! The snorkeling and sunsets were amazing. Lodging had everything we needed. Water pressure not so great but a/c worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!! »

« The place was very comfortable and clean. The AC units cooled to rooms very quickly. We enjoyed to easy access to the reef for snorkeling and did several scuba dives with Blue Island Divers (highly recommended). The dive shop is a very short walk from the house. The area is quiet and laid back. West End and West Bay are a short drive away if you want to visit livelier areas for a day. We took advantage of the free day passes to the Mayan Princes, which was very nice. »

« What an absolutely magical property! We had an incredible week relaxing at this incredible retreat. The house itself was very comfortable, well furnished and supplied. The beds were quite comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water.The pictures scarcely do the property justice -- it is, if possible, even more beautiful. Beyond the pool were the shallow waters of the bight where pelicans dove for fish and the sunset dazzled us. We just ket repeating our astonishment at how beautiful it...

« Daisey met us at the airport and we followed her in our rental car to the property (with a stop at Eldon’s for groceries). We stayed for 30-nights with some friends joining us for half of them. Had a great time using Star Fish to relax and enjoy the sun and using it as our home base while exploring the island. IMO Rental vehicle is a must. Security and maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. Will be back again. »

« Our stay at Port Paradise in Roatán was fantastic. The setting is hard to beat, right on the water with a relaxed, quiet feel. Snorkeling at Cow and Calf was one of the best parts of our trip. The home was clean and comfortable, and everything was just as described. Renee was a fantastic host and Carlos, the caretaker, was very helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend. »

« Check in was easy. The house is actually larger than the pictures show. Super high ceilings which make it feel spacious. Every bedroom has a bathroom which was great with our group. Plenty of space for everyone. The house had ground coffee, some salad dressings and spices. The bathrooms had Qtips stocked. We felt super safe the entire time. »
