« Pros. House location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Clock Tower, grocery, shopping. Best part of the house was the housekeepers and security guards. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Cons. The rooms are very small and have shared bathrooms. »

The water heating machine did not work at all. I called the manager but after device review nobody came for fixing. The roof shows some mold. No closets in bedrrooms you need to put the baggage on the floor. Kitcheb not ergonomic. »

« This is a comfortable historic house for a large family group. It is charming with an open air center patio, built around an enormous palm tree. The bedrooms have air conditioning, which is very important because Cartagena is HOT. « The house itself is very nice, comfortable, and the staff on site was kind and helpful. We did enjoy the property overall, and breakfast did improve slightly after we shared feedback.However, the jacuzzi was not working for our entire stay, and we later learned it had already been broken before our arrival.
