« Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje. »

« The apartment was very clean stocked with towels, toiletries, pots and pans etc... and the A/C worked perfectly. The host was always reachable and responsive. The refrigerator was stocked with items available for purchase, which was very convenient. The view was amazing, and the building felt very safe, with security downstairs. I will recommend this place to everyone and I will absolutely return. »
