It includes a convenient kitchenette/bar area and a guest bedroom with two queen beds and sweeping treetop views, plus a half bathroom.



Private Bedroom Suites: The middle floors are home to the private bedroom suites, with the exception of one jack-and-jill bathroom. This thoughtful, multi-story layout ensures the home never feels crowded, even at full capacity.



Ground Level: This floor is an entertainment hub, featuring a bedroom with bunk beds, a full bathroom, and dual laundry units. This is one of the last homes in Lakewood to be surrounded by undeveloped land. There are multiple parks and playgrounds in walking distance, as well as shops and stores.



Getting Around:

The property is within walking and driving distance to playgrounds, parks and a grocery store. You could easily use a ride share service as well. There is plenty of off-street parking space for vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Designed with group comfort in mind — guests may coordinate meal preparation or hosted evenings if desired.



A $500 security deposit applies the fee will be refunded if no damages were reported after departure. The home accommodates up to 31 guests; $200 per guest will be added to the property's nightly price for each guest beyond 16. Please also note that the event fee starts at $500.



Private gatherings, celebrations, and events including weddings and parties require prior approval, and additional fees may apply.
