We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

The space
This dual-home retreat offers the rare combination of privacy and togetherness, with two fully equipped residences located just 0.7 miles apart. Ideal for extended families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together, each home offers its own living spaces, kitchens, and outdoor areas. Whether you’re sharing dinner across long tables or retreating for quiet morning coffee, the layout balances connection and independence.
Outdoor living
Spend unhurried afternoons around the fire pit or barbecue as the sun dips behind the foothills. Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining furniture invite long, relaxed conversations, while the fenced yard and covered patio at Home 2 offer a safe space for kids and pets to play. Both homes provide outdoor seating and grills, making every evening an opportunity to enjoy Colorado’s fresh air and open skies.
Indoor comfort
Inside, open-plan living areas welcome you with comfortable seating and Smart TVs perfect for movie nights. Each kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you need to cook and share meals together, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and dining areas that easily accommodate groups. The game rooms in both homes include foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and board games, offering fun for every age no matter the weather.
Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes sleep up to 16+ guests. Home 1 includes five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms featuring modern fixtures. Home 2 provides another five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen, and one twin bed, and three full bathrooms including one with a tub/shower combo. Soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights.
Family and pet-friendly touches
For families, thoughtful details include a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Pets are welcome, and the fenced yard at Home 2 provides a convenient outdoor space for them to enjoy.
Essentials and amenities
Each home includes a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, and a keypad for easy self check-in. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, and kitchens are equipped with cookware, appliances, and dining necessities. Guests will also find a fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

Set in Centennial’s rolling landscape, this retreat offers quiet surroundings with easy access to local trails, shopping at The Streets of Southglenn and Park Meadows Mall, and the attractions of downtown Denver. Whether gathering for a reunion or enjoying a weekend escape, you’ll find two homes designed for comfort, connection, and the feeling of being right at home.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
