BEDROOMS

This home features 5 spacious bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Whether you’re a large family, group of friends, or traveling for work, there’s room for everyone to relax in style.



Bedroom 1 – Stretch out in the primary suite with a King bed and modern furnishings. The calming atmosphere makes this room a restful retreat after a long day, complete with easy access to the hot tub just outside.

Bedroom 2 – A cozy Queen bed and tasteful design make this room feel like a home away from home. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort.

Bedroom 3 – This inviting Queen bedroom blends warm tones with soft textures, offering a perfect space to unwind.

Bedroom 4 – Another Queen bedroom, thoughtfully decorated with room-darkening curtains and simple, elegant decor for a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 5 – Perfect for kids or group travelers, this room includes 2 Bunk Beds (4 Twin beds). Great for late-night talks, games, and fun memories.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
