Four bedrooms, five beds, three full bathrooms, and a finished basement with an 85-inch theater-style screen. Everyone gets a bed, nobody fights over a bathroom, and there's a fenced backyard with a grill and fire pit when you want to be outside.

Fully equipped with all-new appliances: full-size refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, juicer, blender, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils included. Dining table seats the group.

THE LOCATION
Aspen Park is steps from the front door, and the Platte River Trailhead is about a 15-minute walk. You're close to I-25, which puts downtown Denver, Coors Field, and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge each roughly 15-20 minutes away. Denver International Airport is about a 30-minute drive, and Boulder is around 35 minutes. Groceries, restaurants, and the Denver Premium Outlets are all a short drive.

HOSTED BY GABRIEL
I've been hosting here for two years and I manage the place myself - no management company, no call center. I respond to messages within a few hours, and I'll make sure you've got what you need before you arrive. I'm also a plumber and local business owner, so if anything goes sideways with the house, it gets handled fast and properly.

A note on trash day: if your stay includes a Sunday or Monday, I'll come by to move the trash and recycling bins out for pickup. I only need access to the side yard and garage - never the house itself.
