This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.
