We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This home is situated in a tranquil and family-oriented neighborhood, just half a mile away from major highways and interstates for convenient access to both downtown Denver and the mountains. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more in close proximity, making it an ideal base camp for your Colorado adventure. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Our game area has been fitted with a spacious sectional sofa coupled with a giant bean chair, making it the ideal gathering place. Your choice of games are within reach including a retro Pac-Man console, giant Connect4, a selection of board games, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for steady streaming.

Rest & relaxation await in the backyard featuring an 8-seat dining set including umbrella, a full sectional set with firepit, and a double-wide hammock to bask in the Colorado sun.

This gem of a home has 4 modern bedrooms set up for relaxation! All bedrooms are complete with luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and black-out curtains to ensure a wonderful night’s rest for your Colorado adventures.

On the main level, you will find 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds dressed in plush linens, bound by end tables and side lamps. Each room has added storage space with dressers and closet space. A hall bath is situated nearby featuring a shower/tub combo and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

On the lower level, you will find 2 bedrooms–perfectly furnished for the kids! The first bedroom contains twin beds with one pull-out twin trundle underneath. The second bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds to accommodate 4 total. Both bedrooms include additional closet space and black-out curtains for a restful slumber. A full bathroom is conveniently situated in between both bedrooms and the game room for seamless access, complete with a stand-up shower and essential toiletries for your stay. Please note the ceilings in the basement hallway are approximately 6 feet tall in some areas.

Each level was strategically set up for a family-friendly stay. Break away upstairs for some rest or solitude while the kids romp around downstairs!

LIVING SPACE:
As you walk up to the home you will be greeted by a cozy patio with a bistro table, the perfect place to enjoy the crisp Denver air with your morning coffee. Steps inside you will find a tranquil mid-century modern living space with a sectional couch, 2 leather woven chairs and a 55” smart TV. The open concept design of the living and dining space allows you to work or eat at the dining table, which seats 6, while also enjoying the company of those in the living room or streaming your favorite show.

The kitchen has ample counter space and is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, all cookware, dishware and glassware for your stay as well as a coffee pot and water kettle. The gas stove top and oven combo offer a double oven feature allowing you to broaden your cooking possibilities even more! The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry items for your stay including sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea. Make sure to enjoy the coffee bar area where there is seating for 2 at the countertop. There is also a highchair available in the laundry room downstairs.

LOWER LEVEL:
Downstairs is where you might find your group most of the time! As you head to the basement you will be greeted by the second living space game room. The basement features a cozy sectional couch and a GIANT bean bag chair with a 55” Smart TV to watch your favorite shows or a movie. The little kid in everyone will enjoy the vintage Pac-Man game console, giant connect4, and plenty of games to choose from.

Also downstairs, you will find the laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets available as well as an ironing board and iron.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Bask in the sun in the large backyard with plenty of space for the kids to run around! The patio offers an outdoor dining table seating up to 8 complete with an umbrella, firepit, outdoor sectional seating for 6, and a double-wide hammock, the perfect place to take a nap in the sun!
Patio furniture will be out into storage for the winter months.

Out front, you will find parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 parking spot in the attached garage. Additional parking is available on the street.

LOCATION:
This home boasts convenience while offering a calm setting in a family-friendly neighborhood. You will be less than half a mile to the major highways and roadways. Stock up at the nearby grocery store or enjoy restaurants, coffee shops or bars, located within minutes! Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
