We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Make yourself at home! Your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except for the two locked supply closets.
There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eleven guests. On the main floor, two king bedrooms feature plush linens, blackout curtains, and easy access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Downstairs, two kid-friendly rooms include three twin beds (one with a pull-out trundle) and two twin-over-twin bunks. The lower level also offers a second full bathroom with a stand-up shower and an extra-wide hallway with ceilings about six feet high.
Living & entertainment
You’ll find two inviting living spaces, each with a 55-inch smart TV. The upstairs lounge blends mid-century touches with soft textures, perfect for movie nights or reading by the window. Downstairs, the retro game room calls for friendly competition with a Pac-Man machine, giant Connect4, foosball table, and board games. Curl up on the sectional or giant bean chair for a relaxed evening indoors while the kids play nearby.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a stocked coffee bar. Share meals at the dining table for six or enjoy casual breakfasts at the counter. Essentials like cooking basics, dishes, and a dishwasher make every meal feel effortless.
Outdoor living
Even in cooler months, the large backyard remains a peaceful retreat. Gather around the fire pit on crisp evenings, sway gently in the hammock with a blanket, or enjoy fresh air at the bistro table on the front porch. (Patio furnishings are stored away in winter.)

Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a private entrance with keypad self check-in. Parking is simple with a two-car garage and driveway plus free street parking.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
