You'll find this to be the perfectly located basecamp for all your Colorado adventures!
The space
This is a private, single family home with no shared spaces in the backyard or inside the home. It is clean, modern, and cozy which will provide a stress free and relaxing place to spend your trip. The beds are new and comfortable and include fresh, clean linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, TP, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Each bedroom is equipped with wireless chargers for your devices.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, kitchen knives, plates, bowls, flatware, tupper ware, saran wrap, foil, plastic bags, paper towels, some basic spices, both a Keurig with a few K-cups and a drip coffee maker , grilling accessories, wine, beer, and whiskey glasses, as well as dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent.

The backyard is a great place to eat meals when the weather is nice and is perfect for relaxing with a cocktail next to the firepit after a fun day in Colorado!
Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire house, driveway, and back yard. This is a single family home with no shared spaces. The deck is located against our detached garage.
Other things to note
The house is equipped with in-room air conditioning units in the bedrooms, and an evaporative cooler in the main space. It cools down quickly during hot summer days! Note that there is a security camera facing the front door. There are NO cameras inside the house.
