IMPORTANT: The primary guest booking this property must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present throughout the entire stay. Government-issued photo ID is required for verification prior to check-in.

No smoking allowed in the house. There is a monetary fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, tobacco, marijuana, and water pipes inside the house.

Furniture should not be moved.

No parties or events allowed. All visitors must be disclosed and approved by host before the check in date.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Regular pet fee is $125 per pet, and a maximum of 2 pets total. There will be an additional fine if we discover more than two pets on the property. Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 per pet fee.

Indoor Fireplace is not for use.

Hot Tub has a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

There are a few locked cabinets in the sunroom area. Do not pull or yank the doors to them.
