Expectations exceeded by far!

We planned to stay for 3 weeks - our daughter was having her first child. Our thought was to come and live in a fun neighborhood. The apartment was perfect! Extremely well appointed and located....perfectly! You will not be disappointed.
Rooftop BBQ and fire pitt...use it if you go - it'll be all yours!

Great option instead of hotel. Tennyson area was fun, Having separate bedroom with dogs and husband that gets up early. He could watch tv and make coffee while I could sleep. Comfortable, convenient and really well appointed.

Great Place, Great Location

I'm hesitant to bring too much shine to such an awesome place because I want to keep it all to myself. This place is clean, has parking and could easily be a place to stay with or without a car. There is a lot to do within walking distance. The units are large, have professional kitchens and smart TV's. If you're there on the weekend you can wake up to the smell of the world class bakery on the first level too.

Another Great Stay.

I think we’ve been to Berkeley Hotel three or four times while visiting our son at Regis. Always a great stay, comfy beds and everything we need. Amazing location in a distinctive neighborhood.

Great Stay for a Regis Visit

We stay at the Berkley often...the neighborhood is fantastic and it's a 5 minute drive to Regis University where our son attends school. Amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance, love Hops and Pies for lunch/dinner and the Cottage for breakfast. We'll be back.

Great location, very comfortable

We loved this apartment/ hotel. It was clean and quiet, and very comfortable. The bed & linens are awesome. We had a problem with the coffee maker and they replaced it within a few hours. My main suggestion would be a little more communication regarding the check in process- where is the garage (if I hadn't read in description that there was a garage I would not have known). What is code to enter, etc. But, overall, a great experience.

Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location. Kitchen well equipped. Delicious French bakery on ground floor. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and parks nearby. Berkeley is a fun neighborhood. Only complain is the bed linen. Sheets and duvet cover all polyester nylon. Appalling really. Don’t even know where you would find such a thing. If you want a fpgood night’s sleep I would suggest looking elsewhere or insisting that proper bedding be furnished.

Clean and beautiful. Everything we needed and more. Great neighborhood with a park across the street. Shops and eateries close by. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We really enjoyed our balcony. Stayed 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely come back!

Nice location & quick response

My daughter’s and I stayed for 7 days! Loved the location with a quaint small town feel of boutique shops, small local businesses, food businesses along with a park across the street to enjoy! We had a few minor issues with our room, but the management was quick to respond to my emails and the problems were taken care quickly! Would love to go back to the same area next year!!!

Great place! Truly loved staying here. Cooked quite a bit as well. Watch out for those smoke detectors, they are SUPER sensitive. Will come here again in a heart beat.

Overall Great

The neighborhood is the best! Very adorable, walking distance to great food, coffee and shops. I was there in the “First Friday” of the month and there was a live music on the park. Rooftop and porch views of the mountains really brought everything home. I stayed for two weeks and worked Mon-Fri. I hosted a lot of large zoom calls and the WiFi never let me down. As a solo female, I felt very safe. Initially when I first checked in, I nervous there was no one physically on site to help with questions etc but the property manager was SUPER responsive via the VRBO message apt. I was very impressed. I ended up extending my stay by a week because I was so comfortable there. The property manger Christopher was very accommodating and helpful to make that happen. Kitchen, wash/drayer/ bathroom came with all the essentials you need to get started. Linens are SUPER SOFT.
