You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

Sleeping arrangements
Two comfortable bedrooms provide restful retreats. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, its own 55” TV, and a desk with chair for those who need a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, creating a peaceful spot to recharge. Both rooms are furnished with soft linens and blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Bathroom
The suite’s bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, spacious vanity, and fresh towels. Premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided so you can pack light and still enjoy the comforts of home.

Outdoor living and parking
A fully fenced gravel area offers a secure spot for pets to roam, while a designated garage space and ample free street parking make arrival simple. Please note that the backyard is reserved for the property owner, but the fenced front area gives you private outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.

Tennyson Street is less than a half-mile away, where you can browse independent shops, sip craft coffee, or sample the city’s highly rated dining and breweries. BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
