Guests will have access to the entire home - Primary bedroom suite and 2 other bedrooms; hot tub; game room; washer and dryer; garage parking for 3 vehicles

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the bottom floor.
• Hot tub - Hot tub service typically takes place in between reservations, but if a check-out falls on a weekend or holiday the company will come the next weekday, we are not provided notice in advance of their arrival time. Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.
• Please do not place non-disposal safe items in the garbage disposal and place them in the trash can instead (Examples - trash, onions, celery, grease, coffee grounds, etc)
• *FIRE SAFETY* - The foothills are a fragile area with high wildfire risk. *Outdoor fires (including fire pits and grills) are NOT allowed per Clear Creek County short-term rental regulations. Violators may be subject to fines for having outdoor fires.
