    Come and relax in this stylish 800 sqft private upstairs unit of full home. Located in the Speer neighbourhood, walking distance from Wash Park and minutes from shopping and restaurants. One full bath, stocked kitchen, large private patio and central location, make this the ideal place for your Colorado stay. Minutes to Downtown Denver, Mile high stadium, Ball Arena and all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer!

    The space
    From the front foyer (shared with full time downstairs tenants) you will walk upstairs to the unit. One bedroom with a queen sized bed, 1 full bath with standing tub/shower. The living/entertainment room has a comfortable full size pull out sofa and dining area. Ample kitchen with mid sized refrigerator. Enjoy crisp mornings and beautiful Colorado sunsets on the newly added private rooftop balcony.

Easy access to the city

I grew up in this neighborhood the home was in excellent shape. Very clean and cozy. Easy access to all parts of the city, highways, restaurants, attractions, ect. Fontana Sushi has been there over 10yrs and is excellent and you can walk there! The host provided all the kitchen essentials, even bath products were complimentary, they had games, tv and WiFi. Thank you for making our stay safe, fun and easy.

The check in process was very confusing. The home was clean, but there was no water pressure, except with the shower.
