This is a centrally located urban neighborhood. It is safe and well-kept and conveniently located with easy access to I-25, I-70, and Hwy 36 making Downtown Denver, Boulder, the mountains, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport super accessible. There is a Safeway a 5 minute drive away as well as various restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. Just a 2 minute walk away is a large park that has amazing views of downtown Denver and where there are usually scooters available to rent to get around. There is a Starbucks a 2 minute drive away, a grocery store a 5 minute drive away and many restaurants and great shops in the surrounding area.

We have a private driveway with 2 dedicated spots for this home. There is no tandem parking- it's all single side-by-side spots. There is also plenty of free street parking. Uber and Lyft are readily available at our location. You can also often find Lyft and Uber scooters and bikes in the neighborhood to rent and get around on!

CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
-Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM -Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count. - If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). Please reach out if that would be helpful to have us contact you if an early check in is needed. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - Guests advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.
PARKING Our driveway can fit 4 cars, of which 2 are designated for The June House guests and 2 are designated for The James House guests. There is also ample free street parking.
PETS We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. Pet Fees At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, Airbnb will include the fee for the first pet in the total, and we will request the additional ones afterwards. If you’d like to bring additional pets, or larger than 50lb, please send an inquiry first for approval. Other animals, including cats, are approved on a case by case scenario.

**1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**
Guest must accurately disclose the number of adults, children, and pets in the booking. This number applies to both overnight and daytime visitors. Unauthorized over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.
