GUEST REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT (HAPPY GUEST)
🏡 To help ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests are required to complete registration through Happy Guest before receiving check-in instructions and the door code.
🔐 Through the secure Happy Guest portal, guests will:
📝 Review and accept the house rules and rental agreement
🪪 Complete guest registration and ID verification
💳 Choose between a refundable $1,000 security deposit or an optional $37 non-refundable accidental damage waiver
💵 The $1,000 security deposit is a temporary credit card authorization, not a charge, and is automatically released after checkout if no damage is reported.
💻 Happy Guest is a secure web-based portal that does not require downloading an app or creating an account. It also includes a digital guidebook with check-in details, house information, and local recommendations.
🔑 Important: Check-in instructions, including the property address and door code, will only be provided after the Happy Guest registration has been completed.
