Come relax and unwind at Sapphire Castle Vacay! This 1700 sq ft guest apartment is located in the walk about basement of a single family home in an upscale neighborhood in Castle Rock, CO. This space was professionally designed to create a cozy vacation spot that you won't want to leave! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, and 2 with queen beds. One of the king beds is a cooling mattress and the other is a brand new Nectar mattress. There are also 2 full bathrooms with heated floors. The master bathroom has a huge walk in steam shower with a shower tower with tons of different settings and the other has a full bath tub and shower. Both bathrooms have shampoo and conditioner, black washcloths for removing makeup, as well as hair dryers.

The kitchen has a full size fridge and is stocked with spices, oils, and plenty of serving items. There is also a coffee bar stocked with coffees, teas, creamers and sugars.
*The kitchen does not have a stove/oven, but it does have a cooktop, pressure cooker, air fryer, crockpot, and rice cooker!*

Pool is closed as of October 2025 and will be open May 2026. Hot tub is open year round, and there is lots of outdoor seating for enjoying whatever weather we are having.

The entire lower level is private for guests use and there are no shared inside spaces with the owner. The owner/host lives on site (just upstairs on the main and upper floors of the house) and is available if guests need anything.

Sapphire Castle Vacay is dog friendly, the following rules must be followed if fur babies will be joining you:
-Dogs left alone at the house must be crated and may not be left alone for more than 4 hours.
-Guests must pick up dog waste immediately and dispose of it safely.
-No aggressive breeds are allowed per the HOA.
Please be advised there are already two dogs that live at the property. A mini aussie doodle and a mini golden doodle.

One car is allowed to be parked in the driveway. No RV's are allowed to be parked in the neighborhood at all per HOA. If you have an additional car it can be parked on the main road on the side of the house.

Guests can check in at any time after 4pm. A door code will be sent at the day of check in that will be activated at 4pm.

The entire property is strictly non-smoking, inside and out.

Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of us and our neighbors.

We don't host weddings or events, small gatherings can be arranged but must be agreed upon in writing before your arrival, all guests at the property must be on the reservation.

For everyone's safety we have security cameras around the entire exterior perimeter of the property that view the entire front and back yard.
