The Space:

The condo is perfect for couples, small families, or a solo remote worker. Step inside this retreat, offering a unique blend of homestyle coziness and modern amenities to cater to your every comfort and need. North Access to the Green Mountain Trailhead is a mere 7-minute drive away. Bring your hiking boots or trail runners and mingle with locals on this popular trail system!



After an exhilarating day of exploring, you will appreciate the homey touches, such as the mounted Smart TV. The updated kitchen will inspire you to exercise your culinary skills—the nearby grocery store offers both delivery and curbside pickup. Sip your morning cup of java or enjoy a meal at the dining room table.

Wake up refreshed in your queen bedroom, complete with lots of closet space and a ceiling fan. Traveling with kids? The living room has a full-size pullout couch bed. The bathroom is a bright sanctuary and features a shower, tub, and a roomy counter perfect for all your toiletries and travel essentials. Feel free to pack light and make use of the en-suite washer and dryer. We also offer essentials like a hairdryer and an iron to ensure you have everything you might need. We can’t wait to host you at our four-season Front Range oasis!



The Pool and Hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day ONLY. Tennis Courts are available year-round, so bring your rackets!

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.





The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Lakewood! You are about 20 minutes by car from Downtown Denver, where you will find gems like Coors Field, LoDo, the RiNo Arts District and the newly reimagined Union Station. Downtown is also a good jumping-off point for the Colorado State Capitol, Denver Art Museum, and City Park, which also houses the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The Denver Botanic Gardens and their sister garden, Chatfield Farms, are an easy drive or Uber ride away.



Ski resorts are within a few hours’ drive and include Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Ski Area, Eldora and more. Mountain-town charm can be found in Idaho Springs, Georgetown and Leadville. Rocky Mountain National Park is 1.5 hours away -- it’s a beautiful drive through the mountains and the gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.



The surrounding city of Lakewood offers excellent access to the outdoors, including Bear Creek Lake Park and championship golf courses like Fox Hollow Golf Course and Homestead Golf Course. The Lakewood Heritage Center is the home to indoor and outdoor exhibits, exploring the city's history, culture and natural wonders.



Looking for some outdoor fun during your visit? The Green Mountain Trailhead is only a 7-minute drive away, and don’t forget to visit Union Square Park and Wright Park nearby. For those of you visiting during the Spring season, the area comes alive with vibrant flora - a true feast for the eyes! Colorado Mills and Daniels Park are easily accessible as well for shopping or leisurely walks.



If you are spending your holidays like Memorial Day or Independence Day with us, you won't be disappointed. Lakewood promises a myriad of festivities that you can partake in. Treat yourself to some downtown culture and dining, only 20 minutes by car from The Wright Place. Denver has a treasure chest of attractions like Coors Field, LoDo, the RiNo Arts District, and the renewed Union Station, all accessible within the same drive.



Nearer to home, you will find Belmar, a vibrant reinvention of downtown Lakewood that evokes the ambiance of an old town village center. The district is based around a central plaza, ringed with cafes, that hosts concerts during the summer months and transforms into an ice skating rink during the winter. And as mentioned above, our home is just 7 minutes away from the Green Mountain Trailhead.



Foodies will be thrilled with the selection of bars and restaurants at Belmar, a lively reinvention of downtown Lakewood that mimics an old-town village center. From charming cafes to concert venues, it's a must-see.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, including a private pool for tenants. Please respect the condo and its contents as you enjoy your stay.



The rental comes with a reserved parking spot in front of the condo, and additional guest parking is available within the complex.
