Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including four private bedrooms Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 2 Full bathrooms, Laundry and Backyard. The garage is not available but there is plenty of parking on the side and front driveways. There are several locked closets that guests do not have access to.

Getting around from CO10 is easy and convenient! Guests enjoy free parking on-site making it simple to explore Denver and beyond. Prefer public transit? The RTD bus lines are just a short walk away, offering quick connections to downtown Denver, local attractions, and major transit hubs. Denver International Airport (DIA) is about a 30–40 minute drive, while downtown is typically 15–20 minutes away. Whether you’re renting a car, using rideshare, or hopping on public transit, CO10’s location makes exploring the city effortless.

Welcome to CO10! Please note that check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking indoors and note that pets are not permitted. The minimum booking age is 18 years old.
